Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Large backyard oasis for pets and humans to share! Large turf area with Adirondack chairs for the humans and dog toys and water for the pups. The pool is large with a sun shelf for small and large dogs toys cool off. There are lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for humans and dog beds for the pups. The pool is independently enclosed so you control access to that area when entering. The pool is kept at 87 degrees. There are water stations and hoses for the pups in both the turf and pool areas. There is an outdoor fridge for the humans if they want to bring water or drinks and keep them cool. The entire yard is surrounded by a 6 foot wood privacy fence so your pups can run free without distractions. We hope you enjoy our oasis!
