Acker's 10 Acre Private Dog Park In Afton

We are about a quarter mile off the main road and our 10 acres go deeper into the woods. We have about 5 acres of wooded areas and 5 acres of open trails. It is a beautiful and private property. The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in. We have water available for dogs- due to the cold weather, please message me if you want water available during your visit and I will put it out ahead of time if I am home.

A beautiful mix of field, woods, and wetland, let your pup(s) run off that energy! The field trail is almost a 0.5 mi loop, but add on an extra trail to get more of your steps in! A short out-and-back path surrounded by tall wetland grass will lead you to a cool, clean segment of Lowes Creek (when it is dry enough for us to mow the trail…boots recommended!). We keep a trail mowed that loops down into the bottom of the yard so you have a comfortable walking trail and your 4 legged friends can use it as a racetrack! Now my description: Opportunity Woods offers 5+ acres of hilly woods and long grass meadow surrounded by a secure 6 foot fence. We ask that our guests park by the barn and go straight to the lake then to the left around the lake. Trails are marked.
