The Space & Fencing: • Size: 48 acres of grass, field, and wooded trail • Fencing: Not available • Privacy: Quiet neighborhood / secluded rural lot with no visible street traffic or neighboring dogs. Amenities Included: • Fresh water pond for swimming. (humans can go fishing too) • Dog interaction if desire with friendly playful pups. Parking & Access: • Private parking available in the driveway. • Direct, private entry to the property without needing to walk through our house or interact with anyone including pets. • Quad and dirtbike friendly. A dog may occasionally be heard in the distance for a few minutes, but there are no dogs visible from inside the fenced area. Happy sniffing! 🐾🌲 Potential Hazards – Nighttime Visits 🌙 The yard is lit as best as possible with Christmas lights along the fences and patio, along with motion-sensor lights around the property. However, the ground is uneven in some areas, and visibility may be limited after dark, so please watch your step and use caution while walking around. There are two headlamps available on the patio for your use. Please return them to the patio when you're finished so they're available for the next guests. Please be mindful of your surroundings and take extra care while enjoying the space after dark. We want you and your pups to have a safe and fun visit!

In the backyard, there are two areas for use to separate if you have multiple dogs. All families are welcome inside the pool. No restroom, and only sometimes if I am home.
