I have two of my own dogs that use the space, but I will ensure my dogs cannot enter the yard during visits. All guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and respecting the space.

Welcome to our Delaware oasis, a 10-acre testament to nature’s beauty on a horse farm. Our family’s heart holds a special place for my first dog, Cody, a spirited soul who taught us resilience. If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability. In his memory, we offer this space – a peaceful realm for training, exploration, and connection, just like Cody would have loved.

Welcome to our yard… and home to our “$10 guarantee.” We love our animals above all else and want to make sure everyone can afford to have a large, safe place for their pups to run and play. That’s why, despite our overwhelming growth in popularity over the past year, we pledge to all our visitors that we won’t raise the price above $10. This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog! Spot ON HOLD temporarily for lawn regeneration, REOPENING April 1. Does your dog love to swim or run? Does your dog need a friendly labrador playmate? Individual or group play available at this fully fenced, 0.75 acre property with dock and ramp access to Bear Creek. Lots of space to run and play on grass. Trees and porches provide shade. Chickens in a small coop and resident Labrador on site. May make reservations for group or individual play, with or without friendly resident dog.

Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill to the pond. We are open occasional hours due to surveying and construction soon to be started. Please message me if you have a specific time you want to come out and I will open for you if possible! Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 18 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to a local pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

My 1 acre lot is fully fenced in with a 5ft chain link fence. Quit and peaceful well maintained yard for your fur babies to run free without worry.

Welcome to our private dog park! This used to be a horse pasture but since we don't have horses anymore it has been turned into a dog park and recreational area. It is fully fenced to keep even small dogs contained. We hope you have a tail wagging good time!

**November 2023 We got an outdoor heater for guests to use to keep warm!! Guests responsibility to turn on/off depending on your heat needs** Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras". Also: We do have a mole issue which causes holes AND dogs digging holes. Be mindful of any holes! We fill them as often as possible, but want everyone to be safe and mindful of any potential hazards!

Large & well kept private off leash dog park. Conveniently located to 141, Faulkland Rd & Kirkwood Hwy. We are happy to provide toys for play or balls for fetching. We welcome you to pull up a chair or relax in the hammock while your dogs get exercise. We have three bird feeders so there’s lots of birds to watch, you are also welcome to feed our rooster or chickens. We also run a dog daycare so if you like we usually have other dogs for your dog to play and socialize with. Our grass is treated for fleas and ticks naturally but we do ask for our visiting dogs to be on a flea and tick preventative to keep everyone safe and comfortable. You are welcome to use the fire pit on chilly days. We also have a galvanized tub for washing your pets paws or even bathing if you like.

Approximately 2 acres of cleared space for play and training. Fenced in yard. Away from the road and private. Approximately 1 acre of woods (no trails cut out but you can explore). Any breed excepted. You can bring and leave any equipment / inside shed storage available at small extra cost. Available anytime day or night and you do not need prior permission to enter property. Very easy to work with. 4 house down from a veterinarian office! Kids welcome to play on swing and trampoline (at their/your own risk) also! Easy access from 896/95/Middletown/Newark! Would be awesome for training, especially off leash. My dog is trained off leash and she benefited amazingly from my property! We love dogs!

Property also has indoor kennel with heat, AC, air conditioning, refrigerator, and a small man made water pond outside that has a removable fence. Great area to play catch, freesby, or let your dog run. Fenced portion is about a half acre.

Hello and welcome! We have a fenced in yard that is safe and secure. If you have a small dog, there are a few areas where he/she could squeeze out so please make sure you watch for this. Have a seat in one of the various chairs or play with your pup - your choice. There will be a few toys and doggy snacks available. There will also be a outdoor faucet where you can fill your furbaby's water bowl. The area is fairly quiet as we are close to a dead end street. I'm here most days so I may pop out to say hello. You can bring a guest or 2. 🙂 We ask that you leave the area as you found it and PLEASE clean up if he/she goes poo. Also, please keep your dog from digging holes. You are a guest and we hope you and your pup enjoy the yard but you're responsible for him/her. Thank you.

The tree lined yard is big and open with lots of sniff and discover spots like woodpiles, big trees with squirrels and birds, and neighbor dogs to run the fence with and check out. Plenty of shade space and yard seats. Ample parking in large driveway and overflow parking in grass, left of driveway. Enjoy!!
