Fully Fenced but a small portion is wire fencing (used to be electric fencing but no charge in them now), so might not be appropriate for some small dogs who tend to escape. There is a picture showing that fencing. ☀️ On those hotter days, take advantage of our mostly shaded trails… or if you just need that extra adventure. (*** Trails are not in fenced area) Follow the beautiful manicured trail that wraps around our fields. Eight to ten minutes will get you to the opening of our picturesque gully trail. Gully… so yes that means a hill… but it is gradual. The scenery and the sounds of nature make it so worthwhile. There are forest trails and trails around our hay fields. **Please note **Our residential areas are off limits, please stick to the trails and blue markers. Please do not enter any of the buildings on our property. When you come up the driveway veer to the right, there is a marked parking spot for you and your pup. Fall, winter and early spring are great months for ball chasers as we have big open fields. Mid spring and summer we have hay growing and ask you and your pups to follow the trails around the hay fields. There are a couple of cows on the neighboring property, this is only for a very small portion on one of the fields.

Our private, fully fenced half acre yard is the perfect place to let your (reactive or otherwise) dog just be a dog and get some freedom! Please check in at the front desk to get the key to the yard, and clean up after yourself. There are water bowls in the yard, but please bring your own water. There are trees providing shady areas throughout the day. If bringing back the key when we are not open, please put it in the Mailbox, located beside our Front Doors. When we are open, our receptionists will gladly take the key back from you! All the fees go directly to the animals in our case, and we are a registered charity and no-kill shelter. ** Please Note Prices Are In USD** Indoor Arena For Rent On A Horse Farm! Conveniently Located In Ingersoll, Great Location For Those Coming From London, Woodstock, Dorchester, Stratford or Brantford! The Arena is 8450sq ft of soft sand, fully fenced, located on a horse farm. The arena offers a secure separate entrance from outside, near the parking for easy access. There is a gate at one end of the arena which is secure to keep in big dogs, however small dogs may be able to squeeze through. The sliding door may be closed to accommodate! Pooped scooper and buckets are provided - please clean up after your furry friends. We ask for no excessive digging as this is also used to exercise horses, a rake will be provided to smooth any divots! All dogs deserve playtime! Reactive dogs are more than welcome to block off a time for private play - please message beforehand for host to block time. We do have some toys, treats and some equipment such as poles and logs to jump! Please leash all dogs entering and leaving the arena. If needed, light switch is located beside the entrance doorway. Please shut lights off when session is finished.

Let your dog rule the realm. Race across the huge open lawn that’s perfect for zoomies, epic games of fetch, or simply stretching out in the sun. Slip into the magical microforest where shaded trails and natural sniffs await the curious explorer. Two picnic tables give humans their own perfect perches: one tucked privately in the forest, the other right in the heart of the sunny backyard so you never miss the action. Meander along the old miniature train track paths — right now they’re a winter wonderland under a blanket of snow, but come spring and summer they’ll be groomed into charming walking loops that add a touch of whimsy to every visit. The firepit is currently closed for its royal renovation and will return bigger, better, and ready for cozy evenings this spring. You’ll find everything taken care of: dedicated off-street parking in our private driveway, complimentary poop bags, garbage cans, and a tote stocked with extra toys and balls for your dog to claim as their own while they’re here.
