Lake Cavanaugh K9 Ranch

Unfenced
22 acres

22 forested acres with private trails and an open field area located in the power line clearing. Includes private land access to state forest trails with views. Once you park you will see the trail entrance into the forest in front of you. Take the trail down to the creek. Water levels in the creek vary depending on the time of year. Cross the creek using the foot bridge and head through the forest. In about .3 miles you will come out into the powering line clearing. Feel free to explore everything in front of you and to the left (north). There are several wide open grass spaces in the power line to play fetch or just let the dogs run and be dogs. I will send you detailed instructions for the hike up the mountain upon request. This is a real hike and I recommend hiking attire. Please bring water for yourself and your dogs. The hike is about 3.5 miles and 800 feet of elevation gain. I recommend booking at least 2 hours to complete. If you want to hang out and enjoy the views you may want to book more than 2 hours.

Hike up the mini forest

Fully Fenced
9.5 acres

Our property is shy of 12 acres, 9+ acres of which we're sharing as a private off leash dog space or Sniffspot. The entrance is over the bridge where the creek is and 'From Creek to Back of Property' is all yours to explore. You may chain the gate & unleash your doggies right after the bridge. Dogs might run down the creek for a splash or drink. Continue on to our family campground, there are picnic tables you could use. Then, up the hill you go to 'hike up the mini forest', free to roam around, listen to the birds, squirrels and other critters and sounds that nature brings you. You'll find seating areas while your dogs are at play, feel free to use them. Enjoy a picnic with your loved ones if you're up for it on one of the cabin porches or covered / uncovered picnic tables. The back of property behind fence is DNR land, so rest assured you’re on your own private little world with your furry buddies. The mini forest has some large walking paths and smaller trails scattered about, also some open meadows and is at a peaceful wooded setting. This is where I go to unwind and relieve my head of stress and worries. It’s my place of meditation, while my dogs sniff and romp around like crazy, do their zoomies and play hide n seek! Forget about the gym, you'll get your exercise here with your dogs. As mentioned, there are cabins on the property. Sniffspot is unavailable if the Cabins are booked or vice versa. Booking is through Hipcamp (hipcamp.com). Name of listing: 'Grace E.'s Mini Forest Cabins'. Check it out and Search listing through the hipcamp site. Saturdays are usually blocked IF there's Hipcamp bookings. I would Unblock the hours for Sniffspot use if that day isn't booked for Hipcamp, so please try to check back, who knows that day might be available! Anyway, hope you enjoy your little 'hike up the mini forest’…

Circle of Life & Green Burial Sanctuary In Kingston

Partially Fenced
15 acres

Fifteen acres of what dogs actually want. A two-acre pasture for a flat-out run, wooded trails that go on longer than you'd expect, gentle inclines, and long straight stretches for the dogs who like to open the throttle. The smells out here are the good stuff — rabbit, damp earth, and a hundred things your dog won't tell you about. Two horses live here and roam loose. They're calm, completely uninterested in dogs and people, and unbothered even by barking — most guests find them a lovely part of the visit. If you are concerned about the horses, please message me upon booking and I will make sure they are in their own pasture for your visit. Come for a sniffari, a hard run, or a peaceful wander with a hot drink after in the little indoor café. Quiet, beautiful, and for your visit, entirely yours.

Woodland Tranquility Pathways - find solitude!

Partially Fenced
5 acres

Off-grid Sniffspot location in rural Snohomish Washington! You will have the entire 5-acre property to yourself to enjoy! This part of our property is only used for Sniffspot guests. Would be perfect for those that don’t want to interact with others (i.e. cars driving by, strangers, the neighbors...). Safe place for adventurous individuals that prefer to explore alone with their doggo(s), a doggie daycare retreat (we are very popular with dog walkers and their packs of furry clients), a memorable late evening of star-gazing, or a safe place for a highly reactive dog to have fun. Details: 5 acres, off-grid experience (no power) with it’s own private entrance. Secluded, native woodland experience with mowed grass. Two grassy sloping yard areas, a covered shelter with a table and chairs and “Tranquility Trails” that loop up the hill to a shady, fern filled, mossy ravine with a seasonal stream.. There are (overgrown) cottage style gardens near the Parking Area. During your visit, feel free to pick wild blackberries, apples or roses — or pull weeds — if that’s fun for you. 😉. This location is very relaxing. Plan for a couple hours or more to enjoy the quiet, rural lifestyle. TIP: if you have any concerns about your pup(s) going down the driveway, feel free to close the gate for added safety. Note: We are raising money to renovate the cottage located on the property by hosting a Sniffspot. Please do not explore inside the house, a roof collapse happened before we could arrange for it to be replaced.

Magical Mossy Forest

Unfenced
5 acres

Magical Mossy Forest Sniffspot is a large mystical woodland adventure for dogs in Redmond on the way to Carnation. Boots are recommended in the winter rain. MMF is preferred by puppies, dogs, people, adults and kids alike because it has potable water, power, picnic tables, chairs, several firepits, lit portapotties, 3 swing sets, 3 slides, monkey bars, 3 Forts, a log bridge to cross over Little Ames Creek for when the creek is flowing, a doggy playground, lots of picturesque moss, lighted parking lot, woodchip trails and many footpaths over 5 forested moss covered acres. Parking is near the road, separated by 50 ft of woods, so we suggest that all our doggy friends be leashed until they are on the trails with you. Please leash your dog until into the forest away from the parking area, after that Bob's Your Uncle! Watch kids and dogs in the parking area near the road, and at Ames Creek. A secluded place to dork out and have fun, enjoying a natural Pacific rainforest. Note that the creek is dry in midsummer until the fall and winter rains kick in. Boots are recommended in the fall and winter. Find a map of the main trails in a photo on our MMF Sniffspot site. There are lots of foot trails through the understory ferns. The log bridge can be used to cross Ames Creek, or you can ford it to discover the rest of Magical Mossy Forest Sniffspot. Please pack out doggy bags with you because there is no garbage pickup here, please leave no trace. If there is a downpour and you want to wait it out there is a dry shed in the parking area. Access to power helps keep your batteries charged. Please carry your toilet paper (sorry it walks away). The portapotties are cleaned once a week. Please visit our Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61555379018442 Let us know if you have any questions. Synchronized play bowing to you!

Seth's 30 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Chimacum

Partially Fenced
30 acres

Glendale Farm Dog Park Description Welcome to Glendale Farm, a peaceful 180-acre working farm in the heart of the Chimacum Valley where dogs and their people can slow down, explore, and reconnect with nature. Our Sniffspot offers a unique off-leash experience surrounded by open pasture, mature forests, seasonal wetlands, orchards, and quiet farm roads. Depending on the season, you’ll enjoy expansive grassy areas, shaded woodland trails, and wide-open views of one of Washington’s most beautiful agricultural valleys. Your visit is designed to feel like a private countryside adventure. Dogs can sniff along hedgerows, explore winding trails, splash in seasonal puddles after the rains, and enjoy plenty of room to run while you relax beneath towering trees or take in the surrounding farmland. Wildlife sightings are common and may include deer, eagles, hawks, owls, frogs, and countless songbirds. Because Glendale Farm is an active agricultural property, you may occasionally see tractors, farm staff, livestock in separate fenced pastures, or other farm activity at a distance. Our Sniffspot area is selected to maximize privacy while respecting our farming operations. The property changes dramatically with the seasons. Spring brings wildflowers and lush green fields. Summer offers dry walking paths and warm evenings. Autumn is filled with colorful foliage and migrating birds, while winter showcases dramatic skies and peaceful landscapes. Please keep all gates exactly as you found them and remain within designated Sniffspot areas unless otherwise instructed. We encourage you to take your time, breathe deeply, and let your dog experience the sights, scents, and sounds of a working regenerative farm. ⸻ Cleanliness We work hard to provide a natural and enjoyable experience. As an active farm, the grounds are maintained regularly, though visitors should expect natural conditions including grasses, mud during wet weather, leaves, sticks, and uneven terrain. Please help us keep the farm beautiful by packing out any trash and disposing of dog waste in the provided receptacles. ⸻ Hazards HOST NOTE Glendale Farm is a working agricultural property and natural landscape. By visiting, you acknowledge that outdoor recreation carries inherent risks. Please use caution around: * Uneven ground, mole hills, roots, rocks, holes, mud, tall grass, and slippery surfaces. * Seasonal standing water and drainage ditches. * Fallen branches, blackberry vines, nettles, thistles, and native vegetation. * Wildlife including deer, raccoons, coyotes, birds of prey, snakes, insects, bees, wasps, and ticks. * Agricultural equipment, tractors, trailers, fencing, irrigation lines, and other farm infrastructure. * Livestock located in fenced areas. Dogs must never approach, chase, or disturb farm animals. * Weather conditions that may change rapidly, including rain, wind, heat, or icy conditions. Dogs should not consume unknown plants, mushrooms, berries, or standing water. While we make every effort to provide a safe environment, visitors are responsible for supervising their dogs at all times. Please ensure gates remain closed behind you and respect any areas marked as private or closed for habitat restoration or farm operations. Guests assume all responsibility for themselves, their animals, and their belongings while visiting Glendale Farm and agree not to hold Glendale Farm or its owners liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or incidents arising from use of the property. We hope you and your dog leave a little happier, a little muddier, and already planning your next visit to Glendale Farm. 🐾🌿

We have a number of wide moss covered walking trails through the woods. The property is fully fenced with wire fencing. But it is NOT dog proof fencing . There is a natural wide buffer between trails and fencing in most spots. The west side has privacy fencing, hogwire fencing on the North and a creek borders the Southend. . Bird Watching and Tail Wagging at the Beaver Pond

Unfenced
21 acres

Please Note: 11/25/22- I’ve decided to open up the calendar for a bit to allow reservations with greater ease, but I do still ask that you message first in case someone related to our forest cleanup project is on-site. 10/1/22- At this time the property could be potentially available for your use, however, we are preparing for the forest cleanup project that we’ve been working towards with the DNR for over a year. If you are interested in visiting here, please message and if it works out I’ll be happy to accommodate you. 07/01/22- Important: The Sniffspot platform does not allow hosts the option to approve or cancel reservations, as such I have blocked my calendar to more easily control reservations. I often don’t know until last minute when the forest manager I’m working with for the DNR forest cleanup project is on-site, the logging will take place hopefully this winter. — This 21-acre forest with a large beaver pond is classified as a class-A wetland. In addition to this, you can find a shallow creek, beaver dams, old-growth forest, and phenomenal bird habitat. Find privacy and quiet with the exception of the songs of many birds and woodpeckers. This property was once a show home, but a fire took place over 10 years ago and the house was not rebuilt. While the ruins that remain are minimal, it sets an interesting backdrop; perhaps it can be the scene for a mysterious photoshoot. Within the property is a small orchard, we do ask to try to not let the pups do their business there. Spring 2022 Update: One picnic table have been added to the property.

55This is an absolutely incredible Sniffspot!!! The host was amazing and it was effortless to get let into the gate, sign the waiver, and figure out where to hit the trails. It’s pretty muddy right now but that’s all of WA and we still had an incredible time and already booked our next trip!!

55What an absolutely incredible spot!!! It was insanely muddy & slippery with all the rain that we've had, but my dog & foster pup still had the time of their lives! Once things dry up, this will be a weekly spot of ours for sure! The views at the top were truly breathtaking and it felt like we were the only ones for miles and miles. It was an incredible spot to work on off-leash for both girls and a great mix of terrain. Brad was an incredible host with lots of amazing tips and is a huge rescue advocate. He even let my foster pup join us on the house which meant the absolute world to me. 10/10 recommend.

55We had a blast here! This sniff spot is actually divided into two areas: the first is an open, spacious, clean yard with plenty of room for your pup to have a standard romping experience. But, if you are feeling adventurous, there is an entire second area that is a more wild, wooded area with lots of trails and brush for your dog to explore. The entire area is fenced in, so there is no need to worry about your dog getting out, even in the expansive back area. As the host Nacole mentioned, however, if you ARE planning on exploring the back area, make sure you have a second pair of shoes (or boots) that you don't mind getting dirty, as you do have to traverse a pretty muddy area (complete with donkey doo) right when you cross into the second gated area. It's only a small bit to traverse, but your shoes will get dirty. We came just after a rainy period, so it was totally expected and we were prepared. It's well worth it, however, as our dog loved running around the wooded trails. But, as I mentioned initially, you really don't even have to head to the back area to get a lot of enjoyment out of the sniff space, as the front area is very clean and expansive. I'd definitely recommend checking this place out, as it is a pretty short drive off of I-5 and is easy to locate.

55Honestly, probably the best sniff spot I've ever been to. The property is huge, there are tons of well marked trails, and the hosts are so nice. It's a little muddy (it's Washington...comes with the territory) in spots. Easily my favorite place to take the pup to exercise together and practice our recall and hiking etiquette.

55Visited 3/17/2025. Wear shoes and pants you aren't afraid to get muddy! For the most part, the cleared areas were dry, but there were a few 10-15 foot long stretches of mud on the trails. My pit husky mix was never a huge fan of mud, but for some reason, he liked the mud here! 10/10 will be back. 10/10 will bring a towel (or two) next time.

55Dogs had a great time walking the trails and sniffing the game trails that run through. Mostly fenced except the entrance area which wasn’t a problem for us. The paths are nicely defined and loop around there are lots of blackberries between the paths. There is some water that runs through the property but it didn’t super impact the trails.

55Doggy Disneyland!! What a treat to have such a spacious and adventure-filled property to explore with my dog. Bodie and I had a great time, walking the path, jumping over log and trumping through mud puddle. A great place to practice recall as well with my two year-old goofball. Like the host and other visitor said it was muddy in spots, but we were prepared with boots. Nothing out of the ordinary after a rainy few days in the PNW. We had a blast and I loved getting to see Bodie explore and run full speed through the woods, we will definitely be back!!

What types of dog hiking trails are available in Port Hadlock-Irondale?

Port Hadlock-Irondale has 25 dog hiking trails offers wooded trails, open meadows, and varied natural terrain. Whether you need a fully-fenced space for poor recall, a quiet location for a reactive dog, appropriate sizing for small breeds, gentle terrain for seniors, or specific amenities like water features or agility equipment, you'll find options in Port Hadlock-Irondale. Filter by fencing, size, distractions, and amenities to match your needs.

When can I book dog hiking trails in Port Hadlock-Irondale?

Port Hadlock-Irondale dog hiking trails are available based on host scheduling—many operate dawn to dusk or even 24/7. Unlike public dog parks with rigid hours, you choose the exact time that works for you. Check individual Port Hadlock-Irondale listings for specific availability. Flexible scheduling is especially helpful for dogs with specific needs: reactive dogs who do better during quieter times, working dog owners needing early/late slots, or seniors needing cooler morning hours.

How do I book a dog hiking trail in Port Hadlock-Irondale?

Browse 25 available dog hiking trails in Port Hadlock-Irondale, select your preferred date and time, and reserve through Sniffspot. Most Port Hadlock-Irondale locations offer instant booking. The booking process takes just minutes—perfect when your dog needs exercise, whether that's a reactive dog requiring safe space, a puppy needing socialization, or an energetic dog burning off steam.

What's the most popular dog hiking trail in Port Hadlock-Irondale?

Hike up the mini forest is highly rated among Port Hadlock-Irondale dog hiking trails, known for excellent amenities and positive reviews. Do Port Hadlock-Irondale dog hiking trails accommodate multiple dogs?

Most Port Hadlock-Irondale dog hiking trails welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings for specifics). Are Port Hadlock-Irondale dog hiking trails available year-round?

Many Port Hadlock-Irondale hosts maintain their dog hiking trails throughout all seasons. Filter for covered or climate-controlled options if weather matters. Indoor dog hiking trails provide year-round access regardless of Port Hadlock-Irondale weather conditions. Check individual listings for seasonal availability and policies.
