Camp Dilly Dally Doggie Park In Buckley

Partially Fenced
5 acres

We offer five acres of partially mowed fields and a natural wooded area. There is a small spring-fed pond and access to South Prairie Creek. Since the creek has a variable current, it may be best for larger dogs. The pond is ideal for smaller dogs who aren't strong swimmers. There are some logs and rocks to step over so sturdy shoes are recommended. We make a constant effort to subdue the blackberries but you may encounter strong-willed vines. Please avoid the dead tree area. There is a shed with supplies where you park.

Magical Mossy Forest

Unfenced
5 acres

Magical Mossy Forest Sniffspot is a large mystical woodland adventure for dogs in Redmond on the way to Carnation. Boots are recommended in the winter rain. MMF is preferred by puppies, dogs, people, adults and kids alike because it has potable water, power, picnic tables, chairs, several firepits, lit portapotties, 3 swing sets, 3 slides, monkey bars, 3 Forts, a log bridge to cross over Little Ames Creek for when the creek is flowing, a doggy playground, lots of picturesque moss, lighted parking lot, woodchip trails and many footpaths over 5 forested moss covered acres. Parking is near the road, separated by 50 ft of woods, so we suggest that all our doggy friends be leashed until they are on the trails with you. Please leash your dog until into the forest away from the parking area, after that Bob's Your Uncle! Watch kids and dogs in the parking area near the road, and at Ames Creek. A secluded place to dork out and have fun, enjoying a natural Pacific rainforest. Note that the creek is dry in midsummer until the fall and winter rains kick in. Boots are recommended in the fall and winter. Find a map of the main trails in a photo on our MMF Sniffspot site. There are lots of foot trails through the understory ferns. The log bridge can be used to cross Ames Creek, or you can ford it to discover the rest of Magical Mossy Forest Sniffspot. Please pack out doggy bags with you because there is no garbage pickup here, please leave no trace. If there is a downpour and you want to wait it out there is a dry shed in the parking area. Access to power helps keep your batteries charged. Please carry your toilet paper (sorry it walks away). The portapotties are cleaned once a week. Please visit our Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61555379018442 Let us know if you have any questions. Synchronized play bowing to you!

Woodland Tranquility Pathways - find solitude!

Partially Fenced
5 acres

Off-grid Sniffspot location in rural Snohomish Washington! You will have the entire 5-acre property to yourself to enjoy! This part of our property is only used for Sniffspot guests. Would be perfect for those that don’t want to interact with others (i.e. cars driving by, strangers, the neighbors...). Safe place for adventurous individuals that prefer to explore alone with their doggo(s), a doggie daycare retreat (we are very popular with dog walkers and their packs of furry clients), a memorable late evening of star-gazing, or a safe place for a highly reactive dog to have fun. Details: 5 acres, off-grid experience (no power) with it’s own private entrance. Secluded, native woodland experience with mowed grass. Two grassy sloping yard areas, a covered shelter with a table and chairs and “Tranquility Trails” that loop up the hill to a shady, fern filled, mossy ravine with a seasonal stream.. There are (overgrown) cottage style gardens near the Parking Area. During your visit, feel free to pick wild blackberries, apples or roses — or pull weeds — if that’s fun for you. 😉. This location is very relaxing. Plan for a couple hours or more to enjoy the quiet, rural lifestyle. TIP: if you have any concerns about your pup(s) going down the driveway, feel free to close the gate for added safety. Note: We are raising money to renovate the cottage located on the property by hosting a Sniffspot. Please do not explore inside the house, a roof collapse happened before we could arrange for it to be replaced.

55My dogs and I love this place. The owners are really kind and friendly and answer all my city girl questions about the farm and property. I appreciate my dogs getting a chance to be around and see other animals. The trails are vast, well marked and fun to explore and after several trips there are a few we still haven’t done yet so every trip is a new experience. You can book this place for longer visits since there is a Portapotty at the top of the hill which is really appreciated. The creek is ideal for having fun in the water because it has easy access with a good open shoreline which is well maintained. When you are done with your visit you can explore several other public parks nearby if you have a state park pass. This is a premiere Sniffspot and I highly recommend it.

55This was our first time visiting this location. It was absolutely amazing! Dogs loved all the hiking trails, creek, and grass areas. highly recommended bringing hiking shoes, and clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Bring some towels for the pups to clean them up after. The spot is calm and quiet. Owner was super friendly thanks for the experience.

55Great Spot! My dogs had a fun time chasing their balls and sniffing throughout the wooded area. The whole left side is fenced but the whole right side is not and there is a private road that parallels the area. When we started to walk from the left, and really swampy side, to the right side of the woods, people were walking down the road and a car did also so good to keep this in mind. I can see there might be a potential for fearful or reactive dogs to go after someone walking down the road or go after a car so dogs with good recall will not have an issue.

55We had a really good time!!! Lots of space to sniff and run. The property is large and it appears mostly unfenced. Virgil sticks close so we didn’t have to worry when we were by the road (very low traffic on a Saturday, just Amazon and a neighbor or two driving by) or when a neighbor walked by. The hosts are really nice, too!

55My pup had such a great time here! The host is very kind and met with me beforehand to give me a layout of the property. There is a hill to go down to get to the woodsy area/trail. There were 2 separate ponds on the left side that my pup enjoyed. There was a deer when we first got there. Very quiet area. The right side of the property isn’t fenced and is a road. During our time there only one family and their dog that walked by. I kept my pup on a leash just in case whenever we passed this area. We will definitely be back!

55Very nice Sniffspot - pretty with plenty of trees and underbrush to explore, with very walkable trails. As the listing describes, there is a side of the property that borders a road. It’s a quiet country road and I didn’t see much traffic. Nevertheless I did keep my doggo on a long lead most of the time, except when we were on the other (fenced) side of the property. Shari is a very communicative and hospitable host too.

55My dog LOVED this spot. A terrier’s paradise for sure. Lots of places to jump and climb and sniff and burrow. She did come home with quite a few scratches and thorns, (lots of brambles and branches on the ground) but I think she hardly noticed because she was having such a good time. But definitely something to make note of if your dog is more sensitive to things like that.

55A wonderful spot. Host was very kind and explained the property lines. Site has a large spacious area behind the house, and a glorious woodsy area with some wetlands at the bottom of a hill. For accessibility, the area above has gentle small hills. To get to the woody area, there is a 45 degree decline on a moderate sized hill. Site does have an unfenced area that opens to a quiet road. My pup could be distracted to avoid reacting towards any people or pooches walking by. And the space is large enough to avoid that side, altogether. Nice paths are in place in the woods. Spot is quiet and tranquil. Host has placed toys, chairs and water is accessible. Site is clean. We look forward to visiting again.

55My three dogs had a great time! Property is next to a quiet road but it’s difficult to see from a dog’s perspective from the trails itself. There are so many good sniffs here, from farm animals (don’t worry, they’re fenced away!) to all sorts of greenery. There were many large, banked turns that my coonhound puppy took advantage of to the fullest. There were chairs for dog parents and a full water bucket for the dogs (much appreciated!) I think the only thing that might have made it better would be a tiny trash can for poo bags, but this definitely won’t be a deterrent! We will be patronizing again, thanks!

Frequently asked questions about Auburn dog hiking trails

What do private dog hiking trails in Auburn offer that public parks don't?

Private dog hiking trails in Auburn offer complete privacy (no other dogs), specialized environments for natural exploration and varied terrain, professionally maintained cleanliness, flexible 24/7 scheduling, and safe spaces for all temperaments—puppies, seniors, small dogs, reactive dogs, or any pup needing accommodations. Public dog parks in Auburn can't guarantee any of this. With 24 options, you get predictable, controlled environments perfect for your dog's specific needs.

Can I find fully fenced private dog parks in Auburn?

Yes! Most of Auburn's 24 private dog parks are fully fenced. Use the "fully fenced" filter to find secure enclosures with detailed specs: height (4ft, 6ft, 8ft+), material (wood, chain-link, vinyl), and gap information. This is crucial for escape artists, puppies learning boundaries, reactive dogs needing contained space, or small dogs who might squeeze through.
