This yard has been well-loved by kids and dogs through the past 25 years. The past 11 it was a place for our German Shepherd to run around and play ball in all types of weather. There is a patio with table and chairs for humans to relax. front yard has a hill with a long driveway for some great exercise and backyard is fully fenced. Playground set for small children to use while the doggies run free without disturbance. The trampoline is off limits; please do not use it. Feel free to use the hose to fill your dog’s water bowl. Located on a 9 acre farm & K9 Rehab Facility, our park is perfect for reactive dogs who need a a peaceful 1 acre escape from the noisy world. Our park is fenced in with a 4ft high Rail Fence. Purified Water and Garbage on location. If your dog is an escape artist, there is also a red tie-out stake at the center of the park rated for dogs up to 150lbs, we have also provided one 120ft long line which should allow your pup full access to every part of our park! Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! If your pup would like to swim in the brook, please reach out to me for info on how to access the water!

Not a business - community service for disabled people trying to owner train their service dogs in training. Quiet fenced in yard in residential neighborhood. Parking available in driveway or on street. Two fenced yards available. One pea-gravel (800 sq feet) and one mostly grass (6000 sq feet). Splash pad, agility equipment, and rental dogs available. Price set as low as it goes. This is not a business this is a community service being run out of a home with a Karen neighbor.
