No climb 4'6" fencing, however there are spots a small dog can get under. Sorry for the inconvenience! Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. A couple of further notes to be aware of. First off, this is not a small yard that is perfectly kept with 100% grass coverage. It is a very large field with some large trees especially in the back. Because of that, if we get heavy rain it will likely be a bit soggy, and there might be some spots of mud. This is mostly noticeable in the cooler months, but even in the summer if we get enough rain it is possible. If you have any issues with your dogs running and playing in a large field/wooded environment after heavy rainfall please be aware and schedule accordingly! Another note is there is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though, we actually like it! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!

Lovely, fully fenced yard secured by a gate (which also has mesh wire). The fence has recently been repaired to address any gaps at the bottom of the fence, but as with any spot, owners must watch their dogs at all times. The height of the fence (4-5 ft depending on slope) is suitable for most small and medium dogs and even large dogs who aren't jumpers. If your dog is a jumper or an escape artist, you may need a place with a higher fence. Owners are responsible for picking up after their dog with provided bucket and scoop. We scoop daily or more and endeavor to keep the spot poop free for your visit, however, understand that we do allow last minute bookings and that it is possible that if you book with very little time before the reservation begins, we may not be able to get out to the yard to check for any feces before you arrive. No other dogs will be present in yard while yard is rented, however, the neighbors do have 2 dogs that are outside occasionally but not often.
