Seasonal pond in the upper meadow. ALL 32 acres are fenced with triple barbed wire. Sorry! No water, chairs or poop bag trash cans on site. This is not a place that gets policed by anyone but you! Please help keep this site as pristine as you find it. If you pack it in please pack it out. Please park on the gravel rather than in the grass. The I-5 of the Pacific Northern railways runs right by my property. The trains are frequent and loud. Be aware if you have sound reactive dogs (or humans). We have a giant hill leading down to a majority of our property. Then it's open grass field and some forested area with only one neighboring house visible. It's common to see deer, rabbits, and Eagles. People and dogs can get a great workout on the hill, or you can throw a ball from the top and leave the workout to the dog.

About 4 of the acres is heavily wooded with very mature evergreens & maples. There is a very nice wide trail with lots of little ups & downs & obstacles. The trail is walkable in 5-10 depending on pace. The rest of the property is mostly native grass & weeds with some European grass that surrounds our house & shop in the middle of the property. No busy roads very peaceful & quiet. Nice trail that wraps around the back side of the property. Access points on trails marked by white sticks with red reflectors. Park in front and walk around back between the house and shop.

Enjoy our 5 acre “wilding” parcel. This has maintained walking paths that loop and split the parcel of fertilizer and herbicide free natural grasses. Territorial views in a quiet farming community. Hawthorn and alder stands with occasional crab apple. Wild roses and blackberries are prolific. Expect to see occasional cottontail, swallows, hawks and meadow voles. Possible sightings of elk, deer, coyote, bobcat and raptors depending upon the time of year and day. Porta potty for sniff users only. Shaded seating in SW corner of parcel. Do not block house or rv parking please. Please do not disturb house or rv residents they are renters not property owners. 5 gallon garbage bucket and faux “wood pile” toy box in loafing shed. Water bowl and water hydrant at loafing shed. Consider visiting our 80 acre main park with water feature for longer stays.

Views of Mt Rainier, spring brings out the wildflowers and the growing season also springs to life with the on- site flower and veggie garden. Pesticide and chemical free grown veggies for your fur babies to snack on (for purchase extra from dog park fee). For nice summer days we have sprinklers and doggie pools with hoses available. And for the not so nice days we have a 10x20 greenhouse available with toys and seating for pet parents. Always open to new ideas and willing to add amenities.

Our Hipcamp makes a great dog park! Acres of fun space to explore: wide open areas for ball throwing etc., a couple of trails through the trees, a long mowed driveway, a budding forest to tromp through, and tall grass fields. The camp area has a compost toilet, table, chairs, hand washing station and fire pit (bring your own firewood etc.) Enjoy!
