Thank you for helping keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Evening visits are not advised, as lighting is limited. There are a few motion lights along the fence and a nearby streetlight that helps somewhat, but it may not provide enough visibility for everyone.

The yard is yours and yours alone for your entire visit — no other dogs sharing the space, no strangers walking up, no surprises around the corner. Just room to run, sniff, roll, explore, and decompress at your own pace. “Thank you so much for hosting us — perfect place for my German Shepherd workouts in privacy without worries about other dogs that might trigger her.” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Galina Tucked away in a quiet Burbank neighborhood, this fully fenced private backyard offers approximately 2,500 square feet of open space with a private entry, so you and your dog can come and go without crossing paths with anyone. No chemicals. Ever. 🌱 This yard is completely fertilizer-free and pesticide-free — nothing sprayed, nothing treated, ever. If your dog is a grazer, has allergies, or is sensitive to what's underfoot, they can sniff, roll, and nibble to their heart's content without you having to wonder what they're picking up. Easy to find, even easier to love: enter on the right side of the house and look for the Sniffspot sign. The gate is one of the smoothest you’ll ever use — seriously, it’s a delight. Just turn it on slowly so you don’t end up wetter than your dog! 💧 We also have a self-service pool on site if your pup wants to cool off! It’s not pre-filled — you’re welcome to fill it yourself (it takes about 10 minutes to fill completely). Please drain it after use and give it a quick rinse so it’s fresh for the next sniffer!
