Almost 8 acres of riverfront vacant land, mowed grass and woods with a creek that runs through it, just out of town, past the post office.

Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

We are blocking a bit more time so our kiddos can play outside. If you and your dog don't mind kids in the driveway or backyard (away from trails), you're more than welcome to come. Our dogs love walking the trails, sprinting through the woods, and diving through the prairie grasses. We love offering other pups the chance to enjoy it too! The trails are mostly wooded, and there is a ravine with a small creek (often dry in the summer). There are areas of trails, woods, prairie, and mowed grass. There is a barbed-wire fence marking the property line around the property, however it is not fully-fenced. Your dog will need to know to stay close enough to you or respond to your calls. **No shared water dish provided currently due to Canine Flu going on in the state. If you would like to access a hose to fill your own containers please let us know** 10% of all profit is donated to dog rescue organizations

Fully fenced in yard! Summer months will have a kiddie pool available upon request. Drinking water and chairs always available.

Perfect spot for all dogs to just be dogs. 5ft fence with plenty of space for 2 leggeds to sit and relax. Place to dig, play, run and chill. Pricing includes ALL amenities. There is a tug toy/flirt pole that has been a hit too. We will continue to add fun toys for your pups enjoyment.

Fenced in yard, small but yet quite yard. Gate for easy access. Not only are we small dog friendly, large dog friendly but we are also kid friendly with small child toys and basketball hoop to pass the time while your dogs play.

Hobby farm that is not fenced in, dogs are more than welcome to come run and play. I do have a dog in the house but he will be inside during your visit! Please pick up after yourself and have a lot of fun!!

This is a farm on 12 acres with 5 acres that are grassy and or lightly wooded with plenty of room to run. Surrounded by corn and soy bean fields, the area is free and open to run while still being protected from major roadways. Enjoy the privacy and space!
