We are open to visitors using our 12 acres of open field space, 3 acre pond, almost a half mile of stream, and 3 acres of woods. Trails move you around the pond and up into the woods. There is a lot to do here and a plethora of activities for dogs and humans ranging from open field play and running, hiking, and water activities. Please follow the signs and do not disturb the owners at house. Beach area of pond has seating areas, hammock, and fire pit. There is also a seating area and rope swing. Visitors are not permitted to fish in pond. The Ridge Trail is a bit more difficult for older dogs and humans and/or people not in the best shape to hike. Proceed with caution. CERTAINLY, please take the map provided at the entry table.

Two areas for your furry friend to play. The Orchard area is 7500 square feet and the main yard is over 20,000 sq. ft. Bring a picnic and enjoy the Mountain view on our comfortable lower deck. The area is shaded and rainproof. Your dogs can enjoy a private and safe space.

Welcome to Country Roads Canine Training Center Freedom trial! We are a small training facility with a focus on high quality work. Our trail is partially fenced- the agility area and top trail is fully fenced with the option to visit the stream and rock trail that is undergoing fencing to become fully fenced. The top trail is next to our back yard which means you might see other dogs in the yard- however there is a divider and I am just a message away and can put the training dogs inside with some notice! We may be conducting training in our other front fenced area or inside, please message if you require a totally dog free area and I can make accommodations. Our fence is made up of 4ft Cattle fencing which has smaller gap wire on the bottom and bigger on the top, some areas are fenced with varying sized pallets. The stream trail is fenced on the back area facing our neighbors. You may play in the stream but do not cross it. We are excited to share this space as a trail built JUST for dogs! The trail is jam packed with jumps and natural obstacles that your dog will LOVE! ***VERY IMPORTANT*** Some GPS may take you to Hillbrook INN- do not turn down their drive. Look for South Jefferson Elementary School and Brannon lane is directly across from there. We are the 3rd driveway down that road!

We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.

Newly fenced field with shade canopies adjacent to Greensburg Bed & Biscuit. You may see dogs who are boarding or training as they pass by the field. Please put used poop bags in the trash can on the kennel porch. Please bring your own water as there is not currently water available.

We call it Vaikunth which means Heaven. We feel that no matter what stress we are going through, our backyard always calms us down. Backyard of an Estate Home in Shenstone Farms. Open & fresh air & has a lovely view. Completely doggy fenced. Wood with wire. The yard has a slope as it is on a hill although quite a bit of it is flat. Come check us out if you like peace, tranquility & and zen atmosphere despite being right off of Route 7.

Our house is fully fenced it also has a huge arena. In addition, a 6 dog kennel with indoor and outdoor living and also has multiple other barns if more space is needed.

Come for our glorious sunrises on the creek and sunsets in the fields or just to enjoy the day exploring the fields and creek. The dog area starts past the broken black fence behind the house and goes down through the fields and into the woods. I would appreciate it if you would kindly please keep the dogs leashes and wait until you are past the broken fence to allow your dog to do any business. If your dog is under control or if the horses are not out, you can let them loose right after the broken fence. If you think your dog might be nutty with the horses, please take appropriate measures. To get to the creek, go past the broken fence and keep going down the hill to the back tree line. I have included a map in the pictures. And then just keep walking; it’s about five minutes from the house to the trailhead. We have set out fluorescent yellow markers on the trees on the back tree line as you approach the trail. We also put up a blue sign that says “To The Creek” at the trail head. Once in the woods, walk down the steep hill and take the trail to the right at the bottom of the hill, before the little ravine. That trail will take you out to a spot where your dog can splash around and I’ve cut a few trails to explore back there. If you go to the red barn, you’ve gone too far. The trail is right at the base of the hill. We are looking forward to having you and please reach out if you need anything special or want to chat before coming.

Complete freedom to roam on 30 acres with a bonus that our land is surrounded by another 200+ acres of electric company owned land with no roads, no cars, no neighbors… just grass and forest. We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. We ask that you please stay out of the treeline to the right of the driveway as you drive up the hill It's the neighbor's property and it's marked by no trespassing signs. There is no house on the property. Just a camper and a shed. Park anywhere on the road or at the big circle at the top (near the farm office.) We have wifi near the brown shed at the top of the road. Your dogs will be tired after this trip, we promise. As of April 1st there are no animals or livestock on site except for a few bee hives on the property. Most often, the owner is not on site but may do some maintenance time to time. If you see him, he will wave hello… Rest assured he will not approach your dogs unless you approach him. We understand reactive dogs.

Welcome to Greek Lake Acres! We are located in Stephens City, and we have 23 acres in total. About 5 acres are open grassy fields with an acre sized pond for swimming then the rest is wooded. **updated 7/19- due to us being chemical free and with the abundance of rain we have received in the last few weeks, there is a little dead algae on top of the pond. The pond is still able to be used, it’s just a little unsightly right now. We are working on manually removing the algae but with a pond our size it does take time. Thank you for your patience!** Feel free to message me after booking for directions- GPS can sometimes try to take you through Lake Fredrick and you can NOT get to us from there. (Google GPS works best to find us) The lake and dock are "use at your own risk" as we do not have a life guard on duty. The water edge slopes so your dog can come out with ease. There is NO FISHING permitted in the pond. Again, there is no lifeguard on duty, dogs swim at the responsibility/risk of their owner. Picnic tables are available near the water's edge and also in the trees next to the pond for shade. On the picnic table we have some floating toys for retrieving and also some sanitary bags. We are pesticide and fertilizer free, so please make sure you have tick/flea preventative because ticks love the woods! We are not fenced in, so recall is very important. The neighbors do have dogs, some wander so friendliness is important. The property does have an abundance of wildlife, including but not limited to deer, turkey, geese, ducks, squirrels and fox, but they do not usually stay around humans or dogs. Parking is on the lake side driveway near the green sign (see photos) Please note we are often outside enjoying our property as well. If you look at the photos, we typically stay in the “red X” area. If we have guests, our dogs are secured in the house. We are building an additional home on the property so you may hear machinery, this is on the far left of the property at the clearing. Please do not enter this area for your own safety. We can’t wait to see you! I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!
