Willow Run Farmstead Walking Path

Unfenced
75 acres

Enjoy the beauty of our 75 acre farm with your dog! Our walking path is approximately 6 ft wide and borders the exterior of our pasture-based farm. Most of the path has a 6 wire electric fence beside it for our cattle. There are two creeks with bridges that you can cross (with potential wet puddles). The entire farm is approximately a 35-40 minute walk depending on your pace, but you can always turn around for a shorter walk. Plenty of area for your dog to sniff and enjoy on a private walk! This sniffspot does require you to have your dog leashed at all times.

Heather's Zoomie Heaven!

Fully Fenced
0.25 acres

Lovely, fully fenced yard secured by a gate (which also has mesh wire). The fence has recently been repaired to address any gaps at the bottom of the fence, but as with any spot, owners must watch their dogs at all times. The height of the fence (4-5 ft depending on slope) is suitable for most small and medium dogs and even large dogs who aren't jumpers. If your dog is a jumper or an escape artist, you may need a place with a higher fence. Owners are responsible for picking up after their dog with provided bucket and scoop. We scoop daily or more and endeavor to keep the spot poop free for your visit, however, understand that we do allow last minute bookings and that it is possible that if you book with very little time before the reservation begins, we may not be able to get out to the yard to check for any feces before you arrive. No other dogs will be present in yard while yard is rented, however, the neighbors do have 2 dogs that are outside occasionally but not often.

SNIFFY SNIFF SPOT

Unfenced
12 acres

💧Current conditions... firming up, back trails still a little muddy.. Mostly flat terrain for easier walking. Some trails are rocky, some have alot of protruding roots, ground is uneven in areas. You're very likely to see squirrels and deer. Occasional dog barking in the background. Sometimes neighbors mowing/ kids playing. Neighbor walks her trash can down the driveway on trash day. Pretty private, but not completely isolated. You might see a car driving past. Not necessary to bring poop bags, just relocate it if it ends up where you walk. Springs for your dogs to drink from. Some toys and treats provided, so all you need is your dog 🐶 Orange stakes and markers give a general idea of where to go, the property is between 2 driveways and a natural bushy barrier that makes it difficult to access neighboring properties so no worries about trespassing 😊 4 or more dogs use code lotapups and save $5 Thanks for visiting!

Frequently asked questions about Sinking Spring dog parks

Why are private dog parks better than public ones in Sinking Spring?

Private dog parks in Sinking Spring eliminate the major risks of public facilities: unpredictable dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission, and chaotic environments that can overwhelm puppies, seniors, small dogs, or reactive pets. Sniffspot's 827 private Sinking Spring locations offer complete privacy, professionally maintained spaces, and flexible scheduling. Whether you have a nervous puppy or a dog-selective adult, private bookings give you control and peace of mind.

How are Sinking Spring Sniffspot locations different from public dog parks?

Sinking Spring Sniffspots offer: (1) Complete privacy with no other dogs during your booking, (2) Controlled environments without aggressive dogs or chaos, (3) Flexible scheduling based on availability, not rigid park hours, (4) Safety for dogs of all temperaments and ages, (5) Vetted and reviewed locations—93% of visits get 5-star reviews. You get all the benefits of off-leash exercise in Sinking Spring without public dog park risks.

Can reactive dogs safely use Sinking Spring dog parks?

Yes, and this is exactly what Sniffspot was designed for! Sinking Spring has 827 private locations where reactive dogs can exercise off-leash without encountering other animals. Since bookings are completely private with 30-minute buffers between visitors, your reactive dog won't face the triggers that make public dog parks impossible. Many Sinking Spring owners of reactive dogs rely on Sniffspot as their only safe exercise option.

What amenities help anxious or reactive dogs in Sinking Spring?

Look for Sinking Spring locations with "fewer dogs seen/heard" to minimize triggers for reactive dogs. Secure fencing prevents escapes during stress. Quiet, spacious properties reduce anxiety. Some Sinking Spring hosts specifically cater to nervous or reactive dogs with extra privacy features. Read reviews to find hosts who understand fearful or reactive dog needs.

How clean are Sinking Spring dog parks?

Unlike public dog parks where cleanliness varies wildly, Sniffspot hosts in Sinking Spring maintain their own spaces and take pride in providing clean environments. All guests must have vaccinated dogs (or titers) to prevent disease transmission. Many Sinking Spring hosts provide poop bags and trash cans. Reviews highlight cleanliness, so you can choose well-maintained locations.

Can I visit Sinking Spring dog parks with multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Sinking Spring Sniffspots welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (like 2-3 dogs maximum), which will be noted on the listing. If you have several dogs—especially if some are reactive toward other dogs—Sniffspot's private bookings let them play together safely without outside interference.

Are Sinking Spring dog parks good for senior dogs?

Yes! Sinking Spring Sniffspot locations are excellent for senior dogs who need gentle exercise without the stress of public dog parks. Older dogs can explore at their own pace, rest when needed, and avoid being knocked over by rambunctious puppies or large dogs. Look for Sinking Spring spots with flat terrain, shaded areas, and smaller sizes if your senior has limited mobility.

How do I find dog parks in Sinking Spring for small dogs?

Filter Sinking Spring's 827 locations by "small dog friendly" to find spaces specifically suited for toy breeds and small dogs. These tend to be more intimate, with secure fencing that prevents squeezing through gaps. Some Sinking Spring hosts have separate small dog areas or cater specifically to petite pups who might get overwhelmed at large public dog parks.
