Bring your fur babies to this beautiful private wildlife preserve in Gerrardstown. Our private property features nature trails that lead to a 7 acre pond and private access to Back Creek. Your pups can take a swim in the pond or splash around in the beautiful crystal clear creek on the backside of the property. There are otters in the pond so be watchful that your fur babies don’t have a negative interaction with the wildlife. We only host one booking at a time so the full 20.56 acres will be yours for the time you reserve. Additionally this property has three main areas. At the base of the driveway, you will find a forested area with clearing to sit in the shade and let your pups play with the available dog toys or explore. Make your way to the back of that first main area to begin your first nature trail which leads you straight to the beautiful 7 acre pond where more seating is available. From the pond there’s another winding trail that takes you through the backside of the forest and then opens up on Back Creek. Parking: You can park at the top of the driveway, on the side of the road, or you can bring your vehicle down the driveway. For small cars it is recommended To park at the top of the driveway due to unlevel terrain. Before you leave the property: please clean up all of your dog waste and dispose of in the waste bins along with any trash. And please place the dog toys back in the bin. Welcome to Country Roads Canine Training Center Freedom trial! We are a small training facility with a focus on high quality work. Our trail is partially fenced- the agility area and top trail is fully fenced with the option to visit the stream and rock trail that is undergoing fencing to become fully fenced. The top trail is next to our back yard which means you might see other dogs in the yard- however there is a divider and I am just a message away and can put the training dogs inside with some notice! We may be conducting training in our other front fenced area or inside, please message if you require a totally dog free area and I can make accommodations. Our fence is made up of 4ft Cattle fencing which has smaller gap wire on the bottom and bigger on the top, some areas are fenced with varying sized pallets. The stream trail is fenced on the back area facing our neighbors. You may play in the stream but do not cross it. We are excited to share this space as a trail built JUST for dogs! The trail is jam packed with jumps and natural obstacles that your dog will LOVE! ***VERY IMPORTANT*** Some GPS may take you to Hillbrook INN- do not turn down their drive. Look for South Jefferson Elementary School and Brannon lane is directly across from there. We are the 3rd driveway down that road!

Hi y’all, Nice , clean cut, picked up regularly backyard for doggies big or small. Wide open, not a lot to get in the way of zoomies. There are 2 sitting areas for the hoomans, a hammock, a big Blue water bucket filled w/fresh water daily, a big orange bucket for the necessary waste. The fence on 1 side is only 4 foot, the rest is 6 foot privacy. There are 2 hiding spots my boy enjoys; the big bush at the far left corner of the house and the bush at the back left corner of the yard. The OFF LIMITS is the stairs to the basement door. Should not be home, my dog is downstairs secured in his kennel and would likely bark his head off if he saw you. So please refrain from venturing down the stairs. 1 acre, fenced front yard! ***POOL IS NOT AVAILABLE YET DUE TO RENOVATIONS*** YARD USE DETAILS: Enter via the gate halfway down the driveway Park next to the white fence near the spot entrance, or across the spot entrance in the grass under the trees. Feel free to use any balls and toys in the yard or on the porch. Enjoy a rest on the porch or picnic under the trees. I hope you’ll enjoy the quiet peaceful neighborhood and the mountain view. There is a water spigot on the front porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!) POOL USE DETAILS: Pool is available via the “Extras” menu. Be sure to read descriptions for each option and message me with questions. •I also use Swimply for human only pool rental- and I have kids who use the pool.
