Unfenced
5 acres

Five acres of open grassy area of an 11 acre hobbyfarm. Mostly mowed to lawn but about an acre is taller for hay that can be explored. Property has beautiful frontage on Fishing Creek for a swim and plenty of trees to explore. (Hight of hay and creek level vary by season and weather) For humans, there is a pavilion with chairs, table and grill and a fire pit with wood to enjoy also. I do my best to provide a clean, prepared space for you and your dogs. Toys, clean tables, bottled water and additional water for washing will be available. There is a hose at my house that you may use however, there is no access allowed into my home including to the restroom. There are facilities at the local store one mile away.

Frequently asked questions about Spring Mills dog parks

Are private dog parks better than public dog parks in Spring Mills?

Yes, private dog parks in Spring Mills eliminate the major risks of public facilities: unpredictable dog encounters, inattentive owners, disease transmission, and chaotic environments. With Sniffspot's 125 private locations in Spring Mills, you get complete privacy during your booking, professionally maintained spaces, and flexible scheduling. No more worrying about aggressive dogs or unsafe conditions. Brian's Back 40 and other highly-rated Spring Mills locations consistently receive 5-star reviews for safety and cleanliness.

Are Sniffspot dog parks in Spring Mills safe for all dog types?

Absolutely! Spring Mills Sniffspot locations welcome puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel overwhelmed at public parks, high-energy dogs needing room to run, and reactive dogs requiring privacy. The completely private bookings mean each dog gets exactly the environment they need with no compromises. Whether your dog is friendly, selective, anxious, or anywhere in between, Spring Mills has 125 options to match their temperament.

When can puppies start visiting dog parks in Spring Mills?

Puppies can visit Spring Mills Sniffspot locations as soon as they have age-appropriate vaccinations (typically around 8-10 weeks with their first round of shots). Unlike public dog parks where you'd wait until puppies are fully vaccinated at 16+ weeks, Sniffspot's private bookings eliminate disease risk from unknown dogs. This early, safe socialization in Spring Mills helps prevent fear and reactivity issues later. Many Spring Mills trainers specifically use Sniffspot for puppy development.

How do I find private dog parks near me in Spring Mills?

Browse Spring Mills's 125 private dog parks on Sniffspot by entering your zip code or neighborhood. Filter by distance (within 5, 10, or 25 miles), then narrow by features: fully fenced, "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities like small dog parks or fully fenced dog parks. Each Spring Mills listing shows photos, reviews, exact location, and instant availability. Brian's Back 40 is particularly popular among Spring Mills dog owners.

Are Spring Mills dog parks good for small dogs?

Yes! Many Spring Mills Sniffspot hosts specifically mark their spaces as "small dog friendly," meaning they're sized appropriately for toy breeds and small dogs. Unlike public dog parks where small dogs can be intimidated or injured by larger dogs, Spring Mills private bookings give your small dog the entire space. Filter for secure fencing with no gaps, smaller yard sizes, and hosts who cater to petite pups. Some Spring Mills dog park locations even have separate small dog areas.

What's the difference between Sniffspot and public dog parks in Spring Mills?

The biggest difference is privacy and control. Public dog parks in Spring Mills mean sharing space with unknown dogs and owners. You can't control who shows up or how they behave. Sniffspot's 125 Spring Mills locations give you private bookings where only your dogs are present. You choose the time, the space, and the environment. Plus, you get amenities like small dog parks, fully fenced dog parks, and maintained cleanliness that public parks can't guarantee.

Do Spring Mills dog parks allow senior dogs?

Yes! Spring Mills Sniffspot locations are excellent for senior dogs who need gentle exercise without the stress of public dog parks. Older dogs can explore at their own pace, rest when needed, and avoid being knocked over by rambunctious dogs. Look for Spring Mills spots with flat terrain, shaded areas, easy access, and smaller sizes if your senior has limited mobility. The privacy means your older dog can enjoy off-leash time safely and comfortably.

Can I rent a private dog park in Spring Mills by the hour?

Yes! All 125 Sniffspot locations in Spring Mills are available for hourly rental. Most bookings are 1-2 hours, though you can reserve longer if needed. Book instantly through the platform, arrive during your time slot, and have the entire space to yourself. Many Spring Mills dog owners rent weekly for consistent, safe exercise for their dogs.
