We strive to keep everything clean and safe for both you and your pup to enjoy a fun, relaxing time together! A Note About Pool Use: To help us maintain the pool and avoid future closures for repairs, we kindly ask all pet owners to rinse their dogs off from dirt and debris before allowing them to swim. This is required, as the accumulation of dirt and dog hair can cause damage to the pool, leading to increased maintenance costs and potential closures. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the spot enjoyable for everyone! Our convenient cul-de-sac location offers ample parking, making drop-off and pick-up a breeze. 1.6 Acre Private Fenced Field in Oakleaf

1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are very occasionally (1-2 times per month) in an adjacent fenced area. I notify guests via private message in advance when they have booked a time when our dogs will be in their adjacent area. Otherwise, you can expect them to be away inside the house. Fun amenities at our spot include a water park sprinkler play feature, and a wooden bridge which is the perfect location for a photo op! There are also three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a dirt pile, a tunnel, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating plus 5 Adirondack chairs under a shade tree - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and a large umbrella are located inside the bench seat near the entrance. Visual distractions are minimized using privacy screening and ivy fencing. While this is an urban location and normal neighborhood sounds may be present dogs are not forced into close encounters and guests are intentionally left alone during their visit. This space works especially well for dogs who need freedom without pressure. 🧸 Toy Use and Power Chewer Notes Toys are provided as a complimentary bonus for enrichment and enjoyment. Availability may vary. Important clarification The two item limit applies only to fetch balls such as tennis balls rubber balls and Chuck It style balls. This is not a limit on all toys. Other toys are welcome for use as available. We also provide a clearly marked Power Chewer Ugly Toy Bin. If your dog is a strong or destructive chewer please use toys from this bin only. These toys are designated for heavy use and damage is expected. If a non Ugly Bin toy is damaged beyond normal wear a replacement fee may be requested to cover the cost of the toy. We do our best to keep toys and bowls clean between guests. To ensure you always have a clean water bowl even if we are not immediately available a sponge and Dawn Powerwash are located next to the refillable bowl for guest use if needed. Fence in area on corner lot of property No bathroom but if we are on site just ask! This is my older dog run before moving my business one lot over. This is secluded and your own private area. I do use this during our training classes. There is a 12x32 ac/heated building (tv with wifi access) Set up like a living room. It has been used for training and occasional a extra boarding pup in the past. Bring your kids, TICK TREATMENT is a MUST for all dogs coming. We back up to OLENO STATE PARK (TICK CAPITOL OF FLORIDA) Bug spray for you will work...we do spray and treat the yard...but It never fails ill find one occasionally here and there. All amenities are in front of the fence you can stick over (please dont throw) the fence for use. I just ask you replace it back. You can park under the large tree with bricks around it (the one next to the coop) or closer to the building just not past the cones. Only use the building to enter and exit the area. This makes sure the gates always remained latched and unlikely of them opening. 4 foot fence in the back with a 6 foot fence most of the front. Small section thats 4 ft.
