I’m a huge dog lover and avid sniff spot user, so our priority in buying this home was to have a large, open, and secure backyard that my Doberman and Heeler mix could run comfortably in. I relied on this app (almost daily) when I didn’t have my own yard, so it’s also important to me to keep the cost down so the space is more accessible for folks to come more often. Park in front of the fence with the sign, and it’ll lead to another gate and then the yard. There’s sitting areas, toys, water, poop bags, and all the other things you’ll need. We even have a cute tree house for a sweet photo op with your pups! We hope you and your dogs enjoy the space as much as we do!

PLEASE READ: Hi! My name is Theresa. I recently started my sniffspot and love sharing my property with you and your doggos to enjoy. We will provide you and your best friend ( friends) with two acres of fully fenced property for your dogs to run free! Part of the property is Forest, where your dogs can forage, roam amongst the trees, dig, or just take in all the smells. Our visitors tell us It's the best of both worlds with the woods to roam and open areas to play fetch or practice on some of the agility equipment . Our space is very peaceful and beautiful, with lots of texture. We have a shade (or rain) canopy with a picnic table under it, fresh water, toys, and poop bags. :) I have 3 dogs that roam the upper 2 acres of the property, which is my backyard. Sterling (border collie) Piper (border collie) and our newest member Wriggley ( husky mix) SHE was supposed to be a foster dog, but we fell in love with her... If your dogs roam up to the very edge of the Woods where the 4 acres are divided, you will most likely hear my pups if they are outside. We have placed a privacy material along the fencing so that the dogs will not be able to have any contact, but they will see shadows through the material. My pups may bark and run up and down the fence line as you play in the forest if they hear you. The property adjacent to us is the home of two nice dogs. If our neighbors let them into their back field, there is a chance you and your dog will hear them. If you have aggressive or reactive dogs, PLEASE give me a heads up. Tucked back off the road is a not so boring field and little wooded area with a creek running through. We saw the magic in it when we bought it in 2024 and decided we wanted to share it with others in 2025. We hope you love it as much as we do 🐶❤️

Contact me privately to obtain your booking code. ** Our SS is a fairly wide-open space where your dogs can run and play. We have a variety of shady spots and trees as well. There are various plants and some amazing (HELP YOURSELF) blackberries July-August. Please never bring any unvaccinated dog to our SS. (We regularly rescue abandoned puppies which are available for adoption.) Please monitor your dogs and clean up any messes, as we seem to find them after guests have been busy on their cellphones. Extra waste bags are available in the old milk box next to the porch steps. FEEL FREE to: -use any toys you find in the SS! -fill/empty kiddie pool to your liking -throw away damaged balls -contact us with suggestions or feedback Absolutely no digging is allowed. Please do not allow your dog to dig holes. Private areas: the house including the porch, and wrap around garden. Water is provided unless freezing temps are expected 1- PLEASE USE SPIGOT TO RIGHT OF GATE NEXT TO HOSE BOX. IF not working properly, blue yard hydrant handle or a line may not be open. It should always be open in summer months. Please the area east of the driveway and behind the house and have a good time exploring and playing! There are bunnies, cats and squirrels on the property so we ask that you please restrain your dog on arrival, for the first 30 seconds or so when entering the property to give those animals a chance to react to the presence of a new animal. We appreciate your business and love your dogs, just encourage them to avoid the home, porch areas and flower/fruit gardens please. Leave any hose running if found that way in summer months. Residents of the home may come and go during your reservation. This is a rare but possible occurrence. We are mindful of your space, and we are careful to ensure the gate is kept closed. This yard will continue to change and have more things added. The pool is in, and the clover lawn is coming in very nicely! We’ve got a sunsail up keeping shade over the pool during the heat of the day. We have mulch edging and plans for more greenery to be added. (A tree, some native grass clumps, and native opportunities for pollinators) There’s a covered deck with seating for two! Bring your cooler and relax while your dog runs around! Do some training in a large fenced in space! Grab some bags of ice and dump them in the pool for your husky or mountain dog! We’ve got some agility equipment upon request, and a sprinkler can be running when you get here! Safe for small dogs, reactive dogs, and escape artists. There is a ground squirell, but no ones been able to catch him yet!

Mud free paved entrance and patio, extra picnic table, chairs and tables, swing, toys, night lighting til 10pm, light up collars/leashes upon request, disc golf basket, clean porta potty access, doggie poop bags hanging all around the field w/disposal cans! There's alot more to the 7 1/2 acre farm that makes it very unique. it's sort of like a rural "Portlandia". We've hosted dozens of weddings, parties, concerts, and reunions here in the past. Private Dog Park on 1+ Acres near Mt. Scott Creek: Just 5 minutes from Clackamas Town Center, our one-acre enclosed field offers open space, rolling hills, and the serene Mt. Scott Creek meanders through the property. The creek flows year-round—its levels dip in summer—and there are several spots where pups can wade and cool off on warm days. Please note: the creek is not fenced at both ends. Our field is pesticide-free and treated with organic diatomaceous earth in early spring and late fall to sanitize and keep it free of pests. The creekside can be muddy during winter, but most of the property—especially the upper fields—remains dry year-round. Sniffin’ Hours: Monday to Sunday Spring & Summer: 8 AM – 8:30 PM Autumn & Winter: 8 AM – 4:30 PM During your visit, our two 5-year-old Doberman-Mastiff mixes will remain indoors so you and your pup can explore freely. Cherries and blackberries are almost ripe! Feel free to graze. Please use gate entrance with Sniffspot sign on it. Feel free to use grass and paved area to turn around in order to pull out safely :)! I have designated blocks in scheduling currently because I will be utilizing field one as I work on my garden. If your dogs are unbothered by people (me gardening), please message me and I will open the space for you to reserve your time. Please read ALL descriptions (including photos) before entering property. Failure to do so will result in being blocked, as this is to keep you, your dogs, and my dogs and babies safe :)! Return the toys and balls to where you found them, to the best of your ability. 5 acres is a lot of ground to cover. Pick up your dog poop. Please leave the place as you found it. Don’t knock on my doors, and do not ask me for my phone number, unless it is an emergency! If there is an emergency I will assist to the best of my ability, and I do offer a pet first aid kit (bleed stop, staple gun, antimicrobrial wound spray, etc) with phone numbers on hand of local emergency vets (you won’t need these, but I have them just incase!) We have 3 separate fields. Black berry bushes are very present in all fields. FIELD 1: Closest to busy road, least suitable for free-roam incase of delivery or neighbor utilizing third gate on easement. I consider this field “the buffer zone”. Best suited for dogs with proper recall skills, best to have pups leashed until you enter field 2 otherwise. Orange flags indicate boundaries as a buffer to prevent trespassing onto neighboring property back into the woods. There are times when I have to leave or enter the property, or deliveries may be made. Water access is in field 1 by the house, and please turn off water when finished refreshing for yourself. Our dogs will be heard from this field (from inside of the house). You will find the 2nd gate entrance here, into field 2. Look for the black garbage can, as well as blue kiddy pool to navigate to field 2 (by brush pile). FIELD 2: the best field! Our backyard. It is completely fenced in, private, and safe for dogs 15lbs and up- smaller dogs such as our 9lb dog need to wear a device (to recall) or a large harness of sorts because fencing is large enough for them to escape through. The fencing is approximately 3’ high, 3”x4” holes, typical cattle fencing. Horses can be seen from this field on neighbor’s property, along with their dog, Cooper. It is sloped, which is excellent for exercise! There are trees blocking our house and windows for privacy (great because of our noisy dogs) and has easy gate access, as well as accessible water. There is a nice view of Mt. Hood on the log benches, and Adirondack chairs, with a couple of log benches scattered around, a few in the lower portion of the field 3 under the trees. I try my best to maintain and refresh a kiddy pool and the water bowl, but please help yourself. Field 3: I strongly recommend against use of field 3 during foggy periods for safety of your pets. Should a dog without proper recall training decide to wander off in field 3, you will have a LOT of ground to cover without much sight distance (on foggy days). Field 3 continued: This is an excellent field for dogs with recall skills. Through the first two fields, is field 3, a property long and flat, one which openly borders our neighbor’s property. You must go through the gate at the bottom of field 2 to enter this field. While this field is technically entirely fenced, the entire property is not all ours, so we have marked boundaries using orange flags, and “Do not enter” signs. Please reference photos for what these orange boundary flags look like. The orange flags indicate hazards along fence line, entrance to bee hives (marked by “Do Not Enter” signs, and boundaries between properties. Close each gate behind you. Field three is wooded, so please note that dogs with excellent recall skills may forget them with all of the scents ruminating from this area. This wooded area wraps up and around to field one if you find you have lost your pup. If I hear you yelling for your pup, I’ll probably come ask if you need help. Cautions: Coyotes frequent this lower field (field 3) on a semi-regular basis, so large dogs with proper recall training are advised only. I strongly recommend against use of this field during foggy periods for safety of your pets. Should a dog without proper recall training decide to wander off, you will have a LOT of ground to cover without much sight distance. Also, coyotes tend to be more active during these foggy periods. This field (field 3) is a split property (2 parcels), half ours, half theirs. The neighboring owners have bee hives! Please be mindful of bees, and maintaining general boundaries (see photos of orange flags designating boundary lines). It’s quite rugged, so be mindful of wild animal scat, mole holes, and uneven grass. There is a digging area here too. DO NOT allow your dogs to dig in the mini gardens please! I have seen coyotes, skunks, deer, owls, a feral cat, and bunnies in this field. Horses and neighbor dog cooper are sometimes visible. Don’t be intimidated, unless your dog has poor recall skills. Please contact me with any questions!

OCTOBER SPECIAL - HALF PRICE UNTIL HALLOWEEN! Hi! We have three areas to offer. One is a flat, fully fenced yard with toys, and a barn for great sniffies. The other is a large field with tall grass, trees and running space. This field has access to a set of hilly trails. The trails are steep, have logs to jump over, and a spot to just sit and chill. There is creek access. The creek area is steep and muddy. Dress for success 😄

The area is a fully fenced field almost 2 acres. A short walk to field from parking.

We are located on 45 acres of private farm land. A wide path leads to the Clackamas River. The pasture isn’t fenced but is surrounded in blackberries and brush. Very private.

Nature in the City is a unique Private Dog Park that is 1 1/2 acres of beautiful natural land with varied landscapes. Step out of the city and into our nature park-like setting that features different areas including 2 grassy fields perfect for fetch w/discs, ropes, or toys, (balls are not best here due to all of the surrounding bushes), a couple of forested areas, several nature trails for hiking adventures, and a wetland-like area with a healthy little creek that’s a hit with the pups. They can wade, cool off, and drink from the natural water. Your dogs will have so many different sniffing and secure off-leash exploring opportunities here! Our spot is so much more than just a fenced field! The area is diverse and so much fun for your dog(s)! This is a great spot to work on recall. There are a couple areas on some of the trails that are a little steep, so people with limited mobility may have issues in these areas of the spot. There are plenty of spaces and trails that are suitable for all abilities. There are three small bridges over the creek, (located at the East end, middle, and West end). If you’re looking for a basic fenced field to play chuck-it then this probably isn’t your spot. We are continually working on our property, so every time you visit you will see improvements! We provide a rain/sun shelter with 4 foldable chairs (message us in advance if you need more chairs and we’ll put them out for you), and lots of supplies including dog toys & balls, poop bags, hand sanitizer, natural bug spray, sunscreen, wipes, hand towels, first aid kit, and a cornhole yard game. We also provide snacks and beverages for humans and doggos! Located outside are 2 zero-gravity reclining chairs, a kids size picnic table, a round metal outdoor table w/umbrella & 4 metal chairs, and fresh drinking water for your pups. There are open areas with sun ☀️, and there is shade all day due to many large trees. Our property is VERY secure with 5 to 6 ft fencing. We walk the fence line regularly and check to make sure it’s secure. We are located close-in on the Westside of Vancouver one mile from I-5 on 78th Street in West Hazel Dell near Felida. *It gets muddy in areas when it has been wet/raining outside. We have wood chips along trails and in muddy areas which help a lot! Come prepared so you enjoy your visit. **We have night lighting! There’s 6 solar flood lights in the main field area for those of you who want/need to visit after dark. They provide subtle light at the entryway, main field, and the shelter for about 4-5 hrs after it gets dark outside. If you want to explore the trails after dark we recommend putting a collar light on your dog(s), and that you bring headlamps and flashlights 🔦. ***Seasonal Alert 🚨- It’s baby bunny 🐰 season March-September. They usually hide pretty well, but if your dog finds a bunny nest please cover it back up, and if a baby wanders out please put it back and redirect your dog(s). Baby bunnies have no scent to protect them from predators so even the best sniffers won’t smell the nests/bunnies. They would only notice the babies if they see them. Our spot was designed and built specifically to help keep pets in their homes. We are a search and rescue that deals with hard cases and know what its like to have dogs that can’t be around other dogs, animals or people. This spot is dedicated to those dogs in an effort to help keep them active and happy at home so their families don’t have to give them up or have them end up in a shelter. All proceeds from this sniffspot go directly to I Paw’d It Forward's mission of keep families together.

If you happen to see a pile someone missed, please help us out, but PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR PETS AND PICK UP AFTER THEM, TOYS TOO!!!. Thank you so much for your cooperation! We also provide a large fence attached bowl and water hose, balls/chukits and fun toys, comfy swing, and plenty of tables/benches. ALSO, if you'd like to have an event on our farm anywhere, we can discuss your wants and make something work for you. We also host overnight stays in two cottages we have on the property. Welcome to our backyard! We have a fully fenced 0.25 acre for you and your pups to enjoy. Feel free to pull up in the driveway and park as close to the chain link gate with Sniffspot! sign (near basketball hoop) as possible. There are extra poop bags as well as a scooper and trash can. Hello! Our yard is located across from the entrance to Tryon Creek State Park on Terwilliger. This is the address provided since it’s the easiest way to access our spot. Park on Terwilliger just south of the entrance past the bus stop, and walk across the street. You’ll see our Sniffspot sign behind a line of boulders in front of our chain link fence (see photos). Please use caution when crossing the street, walking uphill, and stepping between the large boulders. **Tryon Creek is quiet on weekdays but can get busy at random times on the weekend. If you should have any issue finding a parking spot, please reach out and I’ll offer you a spot in our driveway. It’s a bit more of a drive since it’s tucked away but available to you if needed. ** Once inside, you’ll be on our lower yard. Walk uphill and you’ll have more flat space in our upper yard. Our space is hilly and pretty rugged so appropriate shoes are recommended. You’re welcome to use the lower deck with the two chairs, side table, and umbrella. We have a doggie pool set up and a sprinkler available. Other amenities like tennis balls, toys, dog treats, human treats, etc. are also provided. We are new to Sniffspot so please let us know if you have any questions, issues, or suggestions. We hope to have you as a guest soon! 😊

This is a 2 acre wooded loop on Mt Scott. Our property bumps up against the Wahoo nature reserve is very private, shaded by large trees and well maintained. Our dog loves the woods and creek. We decided to open it to the community so other dogs and their families can enjoy it.

Quiet and private except the rooster serenade. Please note that if you come more than 10 minutes early, you may have to wait. I always do a poop patrol just before any guest arrival. Please close gates behind you when you leave. I do usually have farm fresh eggs available. $5 to $7. Cash only. Lots of organic, low sugar, peach and plum jam from trees right here on the property. If you need to cancel for any reason, and the site won't let you, send me a message and I will cancel your reservation even up to 15 minutes after your reservation began. Things come up. Our yard is mostly grass with some trees for shade, chairs and a hammock for humans, and plenty of privacy for all. Fences are solid wood, 6 feet tall all around. Our pup, Major, will be indoors (unless you request a play with him - he's a friendly golden retriever). We'll keep the curtains closed for your privacy, but he may sneak a peak to say hi through the window. If you have a reactive dog and would like our dog completely out of sight, message me and I can accommodate that with prior notice. There are neighbors on the side with dogs that your pup may see arriving to the spot. Plenty of parking in front of the house. Private side yard entrance to the right of the house by the garage. Please use what you see available - pooper scooper and dog bags on the patio, toys throughout the yard, towels, hose and water station for pups, garbage bin on your way out at the side of the house.
