Nestled in the heart of our tranquil backyard, our pool offers a serene escape for dogs and their owners alike. Designed with love, it’s the perfect size for dogs of all breeds to swim comfortably and safely. The pool is equipped with easy-access steps. The deep end of the pool is approximately 5 feet deep and the shallowest part is approximately 3 feet deep. While your fur baby enjoys the pool, relax on our poolside loungers or on patio chairs shaded under an umbrella. Doggy lifejackets will not be available on site but it is recommended to bring your own. Please bring your own dog toys/balls and towels. Please note the pool is a chlorine pool. There is a hose available if you would like to rinse off your dog after swimming. When the hay is high and close to being cut, the outer headlands of the fields will be cut down to make walking easier. Just outside of the city, private space to let your pup run, train and just enjoy being outside.

I have 2 large rescue dogs and know how important it can be to find a safe space for them to run and play in that's off leash. Lots of room for zoomies, toys and the agility structure is a hit with all the dogs. Reinforced lattice and bottoms of the fence so it's great for tiny dogs too! 100% private so there will be no other dogs in the backyard at the time of your visit so perfect for reactive dogs to safely enjoy some zoomies and off-leash play! Reservations are always 100% Private; just you and your pup! You may hear my neighbours or neighborhood dogs, but once you're in the backyard, you won't see anyone :)

***Charges are in USD*** We at BHS understand that letting your dog run and play is so important! But some dogs aren't suitable for dog parks or social areas. Our private, fully fenced half acre yard is the perfect place to let your (reactive or otherwise) dog just be a dog and get some freedom! Please check in at the front desk to get the key to the yard, and clean up after yourself. There are water bowls in the yard, but please bring your own water. There are trees providing shady areas throughout the day. If bringing back the key when we are not open, please put it in the Mailbox, located beside our Front Doors. When we are open, our receptionists will gladly take the key back from you! All the fees go directly to the animals in our case, and we are a registered charity and no-kill shelter.
