There is lots of space for your dog(s) to run, and ample room to play fetch. There is plenty of outdoor seating to relax while you watch your dog(s) play and explore. The back right corner of the yard has a play area with a playhouse, caterpillar tunnel, tire tunnel, climbing cube, climbing dome, car beds, the biggest tire you’ve ever seen, and hammock. We also have a bunch of dog toys, including tons of tennis balls, and several herding balls of various sizes. Part of our yard is shady and part is sunny. You get the best of both worlds. The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. We are located in Sykesville, MD which is about 30 mins from Baltimore and Columbia. 15 minutes from Owings Mills, Ellicott City, and Westminster.

I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

**We are mastiff lovers but accept dogs of all colors/shapes/sizes. 😃 ** Beautiful, fully fenced, 1 acre open area that includes a small patch of woods. This spot is perfect for enjoying some private play time and relaxation with your dog. Part of the yard is enclosed by 6 foot privacy fence and the rest is 4 foot split rail with wire backing. **SMALL/TOY BREEDS are welcomed but will need to be WATCHED CLOSELY.** The small patch of woods provides a great place for your dog to explore and sniff away. The yard is large enough to provide an open sunny area and a more private area shaded by tall trees. There are several security cameras on site. For nighttime visits, the first half of the yard is lit, but the very back of the backyard does not currently have lighting.

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. 8 acre property for your pup to enjoy 🐕

8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's plenty of grassy areas to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. The way to operate the water pump is to pull the lever up and all the way back and wait a few seconds and the water will come out the hose. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

Welcome to JJs Play Yard! Single home with a large fenced yard. It is a safe and private space to exercise and play with your fur babies! Perfect spot to enjoy sunshine and shade! On site, there's toys, water, treats, poop bags, and bowls. The Blue House Play Park

Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! (The light blue house) Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have two doggos but won't be outside during your booked time, I sometimes will have an extra pup in the house as I also offer dog boarding through Rover, but again they won't be out while you visit. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

Reese's Dog Friendly Waterpark (Heated Pool Open Until 10/31!)

Bring your pup to our serene backyard where Reese loves to swim and play! We have a beautiful, heated in-ground salt pool open through October 31st, plenty of seating with an umbrella, and a fully fenced one-acre yard for sniffing! We kindly ask no humans in the pool, only dogs may swim. For safety and security, please know there are outside cameras recording. We can't wait to host you and your pup! We kindly ask that you refrain from arriving more than five minutes early, as we often have guests back-to-back and need time to clean and tidy for your visit to make sure it's ready for your pup fun! 100 Acre Unfenced Private Fields, Trails, Ponds & Streams

A true off-leash adventure for dogs who love freedom and nature! Enjoy 100 acres of unfenced fields, rolling hills, and wooded trails—perfect for dogs who love to explore. You can hike on designated trails, on mowed fields or use the ponds for water training for hours with your pup(s). Our farm has: ✔️ Abundant wildlife! ✔️ Wide-open, completely unfenced land ✔️ Natural terrain with fields, hills, and trails ✔️ Ponds, streams and endless sniffing opportunities Parking & Arrival: Please park to the right of the big red barn, by the dumpster and begin walking from there. The farm sits on a very sharp curve, so use caution when entering and exiting the property. Dogs must be on leash when exiting your car and near the road. Once you are safely away from the road and barn, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. Please do not let your dog leave the designated walking areas on our farm. Occasionally, you may see an older grampa (my father) working in the fields.

Canine Canopy (fully fenced)

This beautiful, well-maintated backyard is fully shaded from about 2:00 p.m. onward. Our most unique feature is "The Bopper," a suspended rubber ball that provides endless fun! Low grass and a flat yard provide ample room for fetch and getting the zoomies out, while the picnic table provides a spot for humans to relax. The yard is fully enclosed in a rustic wood rail fence with black welded-wire mesh. Parking is along the street in front of the house. Gate entrance is on the right side of the house at the end of the driveway. Raised-bed garden and deck are off-limits.

2 Large fields for your four legged friends to run, wooded area in the back corner of property for you your dog to explore, there is an indoor bathroom for you to use in the upstairs part of the garage. There is plenty of property for zoomies, fetch and exercise. There is shade or open field. My pup loves to run the Fields chasing squirrels. She will not be outside when there is other dogs visiting the park.

13 acres of private riverfront woods with lots of access to water, a small island, sandy spots, fallen trees for jumping and sniffing, grassy hill, wetlands, and multiple easy access spots to the river for wading, swimming, and retrieving. Safe swimming for dogs and humans. Access point for kayaks. Very low current and shallow water at this point in the river.

The back yard is fully fenced and has a large flagstone patio with extra chairs, cushions and tables for guests.
