Playful Pups Retreat – Hershey Road Dog Splashpad A private, dog-only water play experience designed for safe, enriching fun. Treat your dog to a one-of-a-kind Splashpad experience at Playful Pups Retreat. This clean, professionally maintained space is designed specifically for dogs to enjoy safe water play, cooling off, and enrichment in a private setting. Guests also have access to a large grass yard for additional running and exploration. The Splashpad Sniffspot yard at our Hershey Road location is available on Saturdays and Sundays only, offering a quiet, self-service environment while our facility is closed. Please note that this is a dog-only Splashpad. For safety reasons, children are not permitted to run or play on the Splashpad. While most visits are quiet and private, we do offer dog training classes onsite on some weekends. Guests may see people or dogs arriving, though they use a separate entrance. This is important to consider for dogs who may be reactive. This is a self-service experience, as staff are not typically onsite during weekend rentals. Clear operating instructions are provided to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit. Enjoy walking through short and/or tall grass (depending what you choose), sitting at picnic tables under partial or full shade, playing fetch games in a partially fetched area! Right off the Pike, Private Fenced-In Yard

Enjoy half an acre of yard with a small fruit/veggie garden! (If you see something ready to pick, please feel free to grab what you'd like) Your dog can run and play for however long they would like! Want a small kiddie pool or splash pad? I'll accommodate! I have two dogs, one large and one small (in the pictures). I will ensure they are kept in the home for the duration of your time to enjoy the yard! The driveway is large, so plenty of space to accommodate any size vehicle. My home is located right off the Carlisle Pike by Aldi! I can't wait to share my yard with your pups!

Abby's Sniffy Sniff Spot

Mostly flat terrain for easier walking. Some trails are rocky, some have alot of protruding roots, ground is uneven in areas. You're very likely to see squirrels and deer. Occasional dog barking in the background. Sometimes neighbors mowing/ kids playing. Pretty private, but not completely isolated. You might see a car driving past. Clearing will be squishy and back trails might be muddy after it rains. Not necessary to bring poop bags, just relocate it if it ends up where you walk. Springs for your dogs to drink from. 1 Acre Unfenced Creekfront Sit Swim Spot In Mechanicsburg

Lovely creekfront space of one acre woods,metal steps to get to creek spot. Some steps are bent so be careful and swim or wand in creek at your own risk. steep areas on a hillside next to a quiet road with some level flat spots but again it’s wooded. Great for someone with a dog that loves water. Steps to access the creek. Due to changes in water level the beach area can be larger or smaller. Guests welcome to be on any part of the acre of creekfront. It is overgrown. We sometimes weed wack but the woods have no clear paths although your welcome to wander anywhere.
