This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). However, we don't allow fishing for the safety of the pets (hooks, etc.). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available. Pool/lanai use available as an extra. Out of respect for our neighbors and for the property, we have decided to only host dog visits or dog birthday parties with 5 humans or less in attendance. If you are bringing more than one vehicle please let us know. The pond water is lowest December-February. A pond filtration system was installed in Feb 2026 and will be completely operational by the end of March 2026. The filtration system helps kill harmful bacteria.

Hideaway Trails Retreat is 5 acre half of a fully fenced 10 acre area. There is no fence with the neighboring parcel which is separated by beautiful Florida wild. There is a parking area near the hosts house. Beyond that is trails and forest for our furry friends to play and explore! 5200 sf of turf area with play / agility equipment. Ideal for smaller dogs and puppies or small contained area for any sized dog. There is a small doggy pool that we can fill if you want your dog to have access to water. There may be other small dogs / puppies in an adjacent area but if your dogs are reactive, just let us know and we can remove them for your visit. Or it may be a good experience for other dogs to have safe access to others through a fully contained fenced area.

Large Fully Fenced Yard with Amenities

Fully fenced yard with short grass that is landscaped each week. Patio in the yard with a table, chairs, and umbrella. We also have a trampoline and playsets for small children. There is a cooler with water bottles that can also be used to fill the water bowl available for the dogs. We have a kiddie pool for pups as well as a hose if needed. There are towels available for drying off - please drape those over a chair if used. The wifi information is listed on a small sign on the patio table. Bug spray, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and dog treats are available in a basket on the table. There are also doggy bags located in a small dispenser on one of the white posts where you can also hang your leash(es). We ask that you dispose of your waste in the large black trashcan in front of the shed outside the gate when you are leaving. We do have free range chickens and 2 ducks that you may see roaming around, but they are friendly, remain outside the fence, and will not bother you.
