We have a dedicated fenced 5 acre pasture for your dogs enjoyment. Please keep your dog on leash until in the dedicated and signed Sniffspot area. Parking is available at the dog training building for the pasture rental area. Please do not touch or approach the horses. Available pasture runs along Eaton Road and Cromarty. Entrance to pasture is on the west side of the fenced outdoor sand ring. Water is available outside at the training arena. Come play with us!

You can run around with your dog, play fetch/frisbee or just let your dog sniff roll and play. It’s the ultimate getaway for your dog to switch up your routine. Very private, peaceful and a perfect spot to unwind. Please note Sniff Spot is a U.S. based app so the price you see is USD and you will see the conversion to Canadian dollars on your credit card statement. Groups /special events over 5 dogs will require a 1.5 hr booking. Please note we open up our booking schedule 1 week in advance. Check back often to see when we are open.

The reservations are private, no one can book at the same time as you. YOU are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Other dogs will be within view from the field, but will not enter. When the hay is high and close to being cut, the outer headlands of the fields will be cut down to make walking easier. Just outside of the city, private space to let your pup run, train and just enjoy being outside.

On our 26 acre hobby farm, we have a 6 acre fully fenced farm field/dog park. Ride up and park at the white barn, and walk your leashed puppers to the field past our gardens, woodlots, and ponds. From the barn to the dog park you will get familiar with our surroundings and other fences. There is access to the forest and two ponds on the property. Crossing through the tree line, you have private access to the 6-acre field. Four-foot tall fencing is installed for your security. The best time to come is May to September. Come walk between the sunflower rows that grow up to 10 feet tall! We cut the field between the sunflowers, make trails and play spots. We also leave big areas untouched for our honeybees (hives located in the other field). Enjoy seeing natural landscapes, trees, and privacy. Have fun, play catch and let your animal have unleashed freedom! We have uploaded a printable "safety map" for each season, that contains a legend for your use. Note the fire pit is not available during the winter season (November to May). The main are back up. This season we will also be placing picnic tables with a BBQ for large groups. I recommend booking the summer weekends in advance as they will fill up fast! Fencing Details: The 6-acre Dog Park Field is permanently fenced with approximately 2,500 linear feet of 4’ tall farm fence. The farm fence consists of professionally installed 2” by 4” squares of wire mesh (commonly used for smaller livestock such as sheep, donkey, cows, etc) and cedar posts. If you look at the photos you can see the locations of the gates on the main photo or on “safety map” (see photos and captions). We have more fencing on other parts of the property outside of our dog park in case your dog does not have good recall. Refer to the safety map (see photos). Welcome to our Sniffspot! We offer a pesticide free, beautiful and unfenced 5 acre area for you and your dogs. We offer free parking, access to nearby conservation trails, picnic tables, and a beautiful apple orchard to enjoy. During business hours of noon - 6 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we also offer clean restrooms, hard, farm fresh cider, snacks and indoor seating. This is a field and bush area that dogs are going to love exploring. No neighbours to hassle. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive.

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD The Ireland farm is a 7 acre loop trail around our property, there is gravel, mulch, mud, grass a small pond and two grass cut acres for running and playing fetch. We have a fire pit with seating in one of the grass acres. (Bring your own wood) There is a 1/4 acre fenced area behind the red barn with a slide and a platform for dogs to jump and run! Inside the red barn you will find a drinking fountain for the dogs, along with a hose. Please do not leave the hose running as we are on a well. But use to wash dogs off or cool them off on a hot day :) There are no longer Alpacas and goats here as they’ve moved to the farm down the road. But you will come across Canadian Geese and Wild Turkeys, and sometimes Deer.

Our Property: - The Property is not fenced in - The Property is fully open - The Property is a cash crop farm - There are a lot of farm equipment and transport trucks coming and going on a regular basis. - Must stay clear of farm equipment - There is a wooded area that is perfect for taking dogs out for adventures. - We also have wildlife animals in the wooded area. For example: we have deer and coyotes. - We have a dog and a cat. - We have two young children. It is important to be aware of kids on the property. The dogs must be great with children. - We have a hobby farm with farm animals. Must be gentle with Chickens and farm animals. - We are in the country, there is also an opportunity to go for a walk on the farm roads. - We can host one household at a time.
