We keep a trail mowed that loops down into the bottom of the yard so you have a comfortable walking trail and your 4 legged friends can use it as a racetrack! Tons of smells to sniff and ample room for zoomies! There are some stickers/burrs in areas of the yard. For winter months, the slope in the yard can get icy so please wear good shoes and be mindful. My chickens have free rein to the property when there are no visitors so there will always be chicken poop on the ground in some areas more so than others. Chickens will always be secured in their predator proof coop and run. There are toys, a garbage can, a dog bowl, and extra poop bags on the patio just before the wooden stairs. I apologize if you happen to come across one. • There is a basket full of toys on the deck for your dog to choose from. I'm always adding new toys to keep things new and exciting. • In the warmer months, have a small or large plastic pool that you can add to your visit for an additional fee of either $3(small) or $5(large). Please message me prior to adding it to your visit to make sure I'll be around to get it set up for you. • A water bowl will be on the deck (during warmer months). • There is a hose you are welcome to use(May-Sept) • A poop bag holder with bags will be on the table on the deck. • There is a trash can for 💩 bags and garbage by the gate. • Seating is available when there's no snow. There are chairs around the fire pit and also on the deck. • There is quite a bit of lighting that can be put on to light up the backyard if needed. • I will leave a towel on the table for drying off wet dogs during the winter months and during the time when things can get messy when the snow is melting. If you add a plastic pool to your visit in the summer, I will leave a towel out also.

NOTE: we will be cleaning and storing away the agility equipment for the winter season starting in September. The agility equipment displayed are only available during the summer months. A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. Agility equipment pictured are available during the warmer months and are not available in the winter. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please do not park in the driveway. Enter the yard using the gate located to the left of the garage.

IF something goes over the fence, do please just let us know (we will contact the neighbor)--**do not** physically step over the fence (it causes fence damage) 🏡 🤳🏻 - "Same day" bookings will probably have the bedtime and morning 💩 from my pups since I routinely only pick up after work during warm months. If you book 24+ hours in advance I can squeeze in an extra poo pickup before work. - *WINTER I pick up weekly, weather-permitting, so might NOT be a great spot for pups who eat poopsicles--you know who you are! 💩 ❄️ 🐶 🍨🍦 limited daylight and full time hospital work hours (I go to work and come home in the dark)
