Thank you We are located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains 🏔️, we have a 1 acre fully fenced oasis perfect for playtime & zoomies🐾. Our area is surrounded by rolling hills & beautiful trees 🌳, it looks and feels like 5 acres. Only 2 minutes from I-81 Exit #4 and only 4 miles from the I-40/I-81 interchange. Super easy access while traveling and just need a place to stop and let the doggos unwind. 🐕 35min from Knoxville, 35min from Sevierville, 1 hour from Tri-Cities area, and 1 hour from Asheville, NC. The perfect spot to stop and rest if travelling east or west on I-81/I-40. There is large double gate (main entrance) on the left side of the house that will lead you directly into the large backyard via a gravel walkway. You can back up right to this gate for easy unloading & loading. There is a small dog run (2nd entrance) on the right side of the house, fully fenced in area to leash and unleash. We offer benches and chairs to sit, with umbrellas for 🌞 & ☔️. FAQ: *Do you give a tour of your property? YES, we offer a free tour for any first time or new guests. We don’t want any visitor to feel nervous or unsure during their visit. So just let us know if you prefer a tour and when you arrive (before letting your pups out). We will take you on a tour and show where everything is located, how to open gates, show you the door to the restroom, etc. 😊👍 (Sorry this will not apply if we will not be home during your visit.) *What is a private Dog Park/Playground? Quite simply it means that you make an appointment through the app. Only you, your friends and the dogs you bring are in the totally fenced Playground during that time. You can book 30 min to 5 hours at a time. *Can you have a birthday party with children and your dog? YES *Can we have more than one car? YES *Can we take pictures? YES, PLEASE DO. *Is there an entrance fee for people? No *Can we bring lunch? YES *Will your dogs be in the yard? No, just yours. *Do you have a place for the adults to sit? YES. We have 2 chairs & 2 benches with umbrella. We also have a waterproof blanket for you and your pup. *Are the toys & bowls cleaned before each visit? YES, we offer sanitized bowls and toys. Please use them at your discretion or you can bring your own. Due to the dog virus that is going around, we want to make sure to keep all pups as safe and healthy as possible. *Do you have an easy access to your backyard? YES, we have now extended our driveway to the double gate for easier/quicker unloading and loading. You can now back directly to the large double gate to unload your pups. Gate opens to the inside. 🚗 *Double gate has two latches, use hand and foot to release.

Fertilizer and pesticide free, grass and soft clover patches. Not muddy areas so you don’t have to worry about them getting filthy.

Our space give you and your pup(s) freedom to enjoy nature, trails, and a creek without running into any unexpected visitors. No other people or dogs will be on the property while you’re here.

‘Howl’ ya doing? We are paw-sitively certain you’ll have a ‘ball’ at our SniffSpot. Throw your car in ‘bark’ and let your pups enjoy our safe, fully enclosed, mowed acre. We guarantee you and your furry friends will have a great time. Please note there are chickens in an enclosed area of our property, they are fenced safely to keep any dog out.

Beautiful fields and woods for as far as the eye can see. Trails cut in the woods, trails cut through the fields. There is literally a trail I mow that winds all the way around the property. You can walk a sunny trail or a shady trail...my wife and I walk this trail with our six...yes you read that correctly SIX dogs just about every day. We are so lucky to call this home..I thought why not share it with you guys.

Nestled in Johnson City, TN on a private lot with a 4 ft. fenced in area surrounded by mature trees, you and your dog(s) will feel like you're in the country but actually within the city. Conveniently located approximately: 1.5 miles from the Johnson City Medical Center 2.2 miles from the Mountain Home VA Hospital 2.3 miles from ETSU 3.1 miles from downtown Johnson City Come relax, unwind, and listen to the birds chirping in my tranquil and peaceful setting while your pup(s) explore all the scents. If your pup is playful, there are plenty amenities and lots of toys to choose from. If your pup isn't and just wants to chill, there is a coolaroo dog bed to rest on. As a pup parent myself, I can appreciate the need to just chill and take in the beauty of nature while my pups burn off some energy from being cooped up in the house all day :) Hope you enjoy your time at Connie's Dogtopia as much as Finley, Fergus, Bocephus, and Fallon (on occasion) and I do! UPDATE 02.04.2024: every visit the pups have unlimited access to the wading pool(s), the Bazinga ball pit, Digger's Depot sandbox, the basic agility equipment and agility tunnel. And don't forget all of the toys to choose from in the brown deck box! 🙂 For the hoomans, there are two sitting area with tables and umbrellas. Next to the deckbox of toys, is a small table with beverages hot (tea, apple cider, cocoa) and cold (bottled water) to enjoy. Next to the gravel parking, there is a green bench with complimentary water sprayer, shampoo, bath wipes, paw cleaner, and towels to clean your pups off before heading home. Connie

*UPDATE 4/11/24* The bugs can get really bad at certain times of year. Mostly gnats around the face and no-see-ums. I do provide bug spray and bug nets that work best when worn with a hat. The worst of the bugs are early spring (April-June). Not fenced but not immediately bordered by anything but forest or field on all sides. The property is 12 acres with mostly open or treed space. There is a small beach area with water calm enough for dogs to swim and fetch sticks. We have picnic tables and chairs that you can use but please pick up after yourself, your dog, and your kids. There is now a trashcan provided on the beach for your convenience. Downstream side of property has an “island” that can be explored. The neighbors property downstream starts shortly free the road narrows between the river and steep bank. It’s usually more overgrown and can visually tell the upkeep is different. Please avoid being on their property. Flood waters make signage difficult to use in this area. Just message me if you need more details on the boundary line.

I have a large, fairly flat, fenced in yard. It backs up to the disc golf course at Victor Ashe, so you may see or hear people playing or walking their dogs. We also have birds, squirrels, and bunnies that like to visit. Most of the fence is a wooden privacy fence, but the back by the park is chainlink. I have a deck with chairs or a couch you can relax in and enjoy the peacefulness of the yard. Fur babies are welcome on the couch as well, and there will be a bowl of fresh water for them in the yard. I also have 2 camping chairs I put in the yard if you prefer. I do have 2 dogs that may bark upon arrival, but they will be out of sight. I hope you enjoy the yard as much as we do.

Lovely country home on 1 acre with 1/2 acre fully fenced. Beautiful flower, veggie and herb garden in the backyard. No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed here. The neighbors leave their two Great Danes outside most of the time. They sometimes run up and down the fence line barking, so if your dog is reactive, this might be an issue. I have a 4' chain link fence and the neighbor has a 6' wooden fence, so the dogs are hidden. Overall, it’s a very peaceful and serene, lovely green space. We don’t use any chemicals or pesticides on the yard or garden.

Let your fur babies play out their energy on over an acre of land with small hills, 2 ponds, a creek, and plenty of shade trees. It's not fully fenced in, but there's some fencing and gates to keep them safe. It feels like you're in the country but we're less than 10 minutes from the parkway in Pigeon Forge.

Here there is enough space for running around and chasing the ball! Large dogs are welcomed, but I believe this spot is best suited for small to medium sized doggos! Directly outside of the fence is a table and some chairs. The table should stay in place, but chairs are welcome to be moved so long as they are put back. Parking is available in front of my house on the street. Warnings: - There is a grated drain at the bottom of the backyard! Use caution around that area. - Security system is in use with a camera, however, I respect your privacy so long as you respect mine! :)

A decent sized fenced in yard for your little pawed babies to play. There is one line of 1k lb rope running across the yard, with one click runner to attach to a collar for the doggies that know how to escape easier fences. ( Trust me , we get it.)Bones are everywhere and there are 2 rocking chairs for your comfort. Smoking allowed, ashtray on the porch for your butts please .🫶🏻 There will be a large pot full of water for your pups just in case they need a sip!

We offer a sloped half acre in Sullivan County, Tennessee - a mix of green grass, gravel, and woods. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac. You may park at the bottom of the cul-de-sac, or in the driveway. All dogs must be up to date on all vaccines, flea and tick medication and heart worm preventative. We have multiple cameras on our property for our protection and yours. We require a 6 hour heads up before booking- however - feel free to reach out via messages and we may be able to get you on the schedule on shorter notice. We will do our best to set atleast one bowl of water out for your pets, however, if we are not home we will not be able to do this. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit. In the winter months, we will have 2 firepits available for use for an add on cost - however please reach out via messages to confirm this is available before booking. As the time starts to change and it is getting darker earlier in the evening, we will be happy to turn on the patio lights for you if we are home. We do not have any outdoor outlets so we cannot do this while we are away. We would be happy to give you a wifi code upon booking for use during your time. Absolutely NO digging.

We are located in the heart of Norris city, just a few miles off of I-75! We are dog lovers! We created our backyard solely to accommodate our dogs. Once we found Sniffspot, we realized we could share our yard for other fur friends to enjoy! You may find us at home when you come to visit, but no worries, we will leave you be and let you enjoy the day with your best friend! My dog Haven is a great place for a medium size dogs or a small dogs it has a grassy area for them to roll around in as well as a shaded are but does get plenty of sun there is also a concrete area an the yard is fenced in so there can't be anyone getting lose an a whole family that loves animals so they will have plenty of attention

My yard is a work in progress but I am happy to share it with you. Fully fenced in yard with 8' wooden privacy fence. (I have just had trees cut when pictures were posted, but the tree debris will be cleaned up before bookings start!) There is a trampoline swing, firepit with plenty of wood, covered deck with lights, table, chairs, and sofa. 15' Trampoline with mesh netting will be available soon. During growing season grab a fruit or veggie from one of the 4 square raised beds in the back off the alley; I'm happy to share. There are two entrances to the space; one on the side near the front of the house and another at the rear of the house accessed via an alleyway. Both entrances are fully detached from the house and available to you. Help yourself to the bucket of tennis balls on the deck stairs, or to the "guest box" on the fence near the back where you will find sunscreen, bug spray, hand sanitizer, and dog treats. City trash cans are located outside the fence in the alleyway. Please don't use the one marked 407, as it belongs to my neighbors. I don't use any harmful chemicals in my landscaping. My dogs are all fully vaccinated and up to date on flea/ tick meds as well. I *try* my hardest to clean up their potty messes, but step with caution. I use part of my deck as a work space, please leave the paint and DIY tools alone.
