Sarah's 3 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Ashland City

Partially Fenced
3 acres

We live just outside of Davidson county about 18 miles from the middle of downtown. We are about 25 minutes from Green Hills and West Nashville. We have an enormous front yard which is fenced one one side. The property on that side does have dogs. Our yard spreads across the creek where we have a garden and a fire pit with 14 seats. We have ample firewood. The yard is not lit at night but there are spotlights on the house and tiki torches and lights on the bridge to the fire pit. We also have a shaded lawn in the back of the house. There are multiple seating areas in the front and back yard. We have a hose in the front and back as well. I can also turn on the water to the fire pit area if needed. We do have a creek, but it is dry unless there is a big rain. Also, the pond is at the end of the creek, right at the street. It’s pretty muddy, but please feel free to let your pup use it if you think they can be kept from the street. There is no fencing in this area. We have a large gravel parking area by the house and you are also welcome to park along the driveway if it is dry. Please do not park directly in front of the white seating area with red cushions as this is our septic area, but anywhere else is fine. We also have a grill, porch seating and a few outdoor dining areas.

Kayla's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Nashville

Fully Fenced
0.1 acres

It’s a fully fenced backyard in a beautiful neighborhood with ample street parking. Big enough to throw a ball as far as you can (if you’re me haha) & it’s still inside the fence. The grass gets cut every 2.5-3 ish weeks so the grass may be taller or shorter depending on where you fall during that timeframe. If you’re looking at the house from the street, the best place to enter is the left side, both sides of the fence has doors, left is just easier to open. hope you & your fur babies have the best time!

Seven Acres, Mostly Fenced, Waterfront access on Mill Creek in Nashville

Partially Fenced
7.8 acres

We hope you will give us a try and visit Nashville's very first Sniffspot and the most popular Sniffspot in middle Tennessee to this day! Read on for details … we love sharing our secret place! This Sniffspot is very conveniently located in southeast Nashville, 12 miles from downtown Nashville, 8 miles east of Brentwood, we are situated between OHB/Nolensville Rd intersection and just 4 miles from the new Tanger Outlets at i24. An idyllic setting awaits offering 7+ park-like acres of old farm land, mostly fenced, that includes waterfront access to Mill Creek with adventures for all kinds of humans and dogs to enjoy activities playing, running, sniffing, digging and playing in the water. Come get your steps in and spend some quality off-leash time! Training, photo shoots, picnics, birthday and gotcha parties, just explore, rest, or relax in the Adirondack chairs while your dogs sniff, zoom, roam, retrieve, sniff, dig, walk, run, and sniff some more. There's creek access to swim, pastures to roam or nap, play areas of tall grass the dogs can explore, sniff, dig or derp around. Even plan your picnic on a blanket or use the picnic table. Get some exercise on the trampoline (Note: use at your own risk!). Make this sniffspot your private oasis for as long as you want.. Kids are always welcome! Just book your play time, bring at least one dog and all humans are free! Mill Creek borders the very back of the property and is available for water play but trees and vegetation and overall acreage makes it easily avoidable if that's not your thing. If you choose to venture to the creek and have a runner, you may want to bring a long lead. The water levels are usually below the knee, but the ability to use Mill Creek safely depends on you, the creek conditions, and amount of recent rainfall. Always assess the abilities of you and your pets- as safety comes first! As Dirty Harry once said, "A man's got to know his limitations." The majority of the property has fencing so once you pass the house on your way to the back fields it's off leash play time! I recommend considering walking the perimeter first (on or off leash) to orient yourself with property features and assess potential escape opportunities. Your dog(s) will benefit from a perimeter walk allowing them to visually identify, mark their spots, and collect sniffs while at the same time reaping the benefit of your pack leaving an invisible "bread crumb" scent trail as you walk which will assist a dog with future identification of the established boundaries as well. This is a natural instinct for many breeds. Note that Mill Creek along the back of the entire property is not fenced but it is mostly obscured at dogs level by trees and vegetation. Tip: When leaving, you may want to leash up before you reach the house - especially if you have a runner since there is no fence on the side of the house you enter and leave the spot. Depending on the water table, there is also a small feeder stream gently flowing through the middle of the property between the side and back fields. It can be great fun for a dog to explore and jump in and out of (just try and stop them!) And great for smaller dogs if Mill Creek is too intimidating. Hint: bring towels! The mature tree lines always provide plenty of shade for those hot summer months. Several foot bridges are available to cross over that small stream between the side and back fields while exploring, and you might even find the occasional old fashioned rope wood swing. A black hose with spray wand attachment is hanging by the house at the entrance/exit i behind the fence if you need to rinse you or your pet. Turn on and off at the front of the house please. Another green hose is available hanging on the opposite corner in the back of the house by the BACK garage door for your use -along with a water bowl. That house is convenient when you're coming back from the creek for sure. Feel free to pick yourself wildflowers if they are blooming (late Spring/Summer Varieties), or snack on some blackberries off the fence line if you happen to come while they are ripening (usually mid-June to mid-July).... Bug spray is always recommended spring through fall, Just in case! You can't have all this nature without all the nature. 😉 If the calendar shows the time slot you want is available then book it and it's yours! Be last minute, that's fine! Be spontaneous, that's great! No advanced notice required. (2 hour minimum cancellation required.) If your reservation is early or mid morning, consider to wear waterproof shoes. The dew on the grass will soak your feet! Multiple dog discounts really add up! All dogs after the first dog are 50% off the hourly rate! Bring your pack and/or their friends for a doggy play day! 👍🐾🐾 You are dedicated If you're still reading this far, and maybe you are considering your first visit?? If so, use promo code 'Chip' which is valid to get 5 dollars off your first visit only! 😉 Sniffspot is membership based service (free trial) which offers discounts. But If you'd like to visit us out without a Sniffspot membership please use the following link to book: https://www.sniffspot.com/to/bF8YFtbk Contact me or support with any booking issues, questions and if you would prefer to meet and/or have a guide to walk the property the first time, if I am available, either or both my wife and I would be more than happy to accommodate that! Last, honest feedback and suggestions to improve our spot are very welcome and appreciated! And leaving positive reviews along with sharing pictures of your pet's visit enjoying the property are a host favorite, and will help our Sniffspot as well as others who haven't been here before! Thanks so much, Chip

Green Acres!

Fully Fenced
3 acres

Welcome to our private farm! We live on site and will close our main gate once guests enter, ensuring the property is secure. Please inform us if there will be more than one car so I won't close the gate too soon. The pasture is fully fenced, partly with 4 board fencing, and partly with horse safe wire fencing along main road and wooden panels against neighboring property. Our current pasture is 3 acres with mainly open fields and a few trees and bushes. When it rains, there can be a small creek down by the road. The neighbor has a small dog that comes out on occasion, but there are panels on the fencing between our properties, so dogs won't be able to see through. We have a German Shepherd dog on site, but will keep her inside during guest appointments. To access the entrance, guests will need to drive past the main house, go to the right and up the hill towards the barnyard. Buildings in barnyard are not available for guests except for use of the hose, which is marked. Located in the upper barn breezeway ( concrete floor) to the left of the parking site. Hose available. Signs are provided to help guests find the hose area, park entry, and parking. Guests: please feel free to move the chairs as needed to stay in the shade or sun for your comfort!

The Pool is OPEN and 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Mt. Juliet

Fully Fenced
1 acre

Hi friends the pool is open until mid October! We own dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments ourselves so we know the importance of a safe place for them to play. We live on a quiet street, and the house backs up to a large farm. The pool is human and dog friendly so bring your bathing suit. We are planning to keep the pool open until mid October, and will adjust the price accordingly. Of course, please don’t assume your dog can swim and keep a special eye on those who love to splash around. We also have a small kiddy pool that subs as a dog pool if that’s preferred. There are toys, towels, and treats on the table by the pool. Occasionally you will see/hear the neighbors two dogs through the fence but there is a safe space between the two fences. Our dogs will be out of sight but we can’t guarantee you won’t hear a bark or two. If you have a pup that likes their own space, or loves the water this is the place for you. The only thing precious is our pups so let them have a blast!

55This was our first Sniffspot experience and we were extremely pleased! Great space for our apartment dogs to run off leash. Neat concept for those (like me) who tend to be a little scared by dog parks. Completely fenced in, which is what we were looking for since we have an escape artist dog. There are dogs on the other side of the fence, but like the property owner said, they bark for 2 or 3 minutes and then give up. Honestly was fine with it as we help our learning puppy learn how to interact with dogs he doesn’t know. Plenty of seating to kick back and relax while your dogs wear themselves out. Clean space - sterile water bowls, wipes, and doggie bags provided. Even had some hand warmers for us! Overall a 10/10 experience.

55What a great spot for my puppy, Harpo, and senior, Jack, to stretch their legs! Everything was as said and we had a great time. My dream is to have a yard like this for them someday! We will definitely be back.

55Our dogs loved chasing balls and exploring this yard. I enjoyed sitting under the covered porch when the dogs rested. They had extra balls and water bowls, which was super nice. I’ll definitely come back. Since we don’t have a fenced yard, I’m truly grateful for people who share their yards with us. I love that this family donates to a rescue from their proceeds. 🫶

55Loved it! My 85 lb puppy was very interested in the dog nearby so I monitored him closely along the back fence line as he COULD possibly have made it over the fence and is impulsive ☺️. Everything was great and he had a ball sniffing all the leaves. Thank you and we will be back!

55What a gem of a place! Has everything a curious dog could want- lots of trees, a small creek (if its been raining), plenty of space to run and of course the donkey & horse! The description is accurate so please do read carefully regarding the fencing as you may want to keep your dog on a lead near the donkey and horse pen.

Frequently asked questions about Bellevue dog parks

Are private dog parks better than public dog parks in Bellevue?

Yes, private dog parks in Bellevue eliminate the major risks of public facilities: unpredictable dog encounters, inattentive owners, disease transmission, and chaotic environments. With Sniffspot's 603 private locations in Bellevue, you get complete privacy during your booking, professionally maintained spaces, and flexible scheduling. No more worrying about aggressive dogs or unsafe conditions. Seven Acres, Mostly Fenced, Waterfront access on Mill Creek in Nashville and other highly-rated Bellevue locations consistently receive 5-star reviews for safety and cleanliness.

Are Sniffspot dog parks in Bellevue safe for all dog types?

Absolutely! Bellevue Sniffspot locations welcome puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel overwhelmed at public parks, high-energy dogs needing room to run, and reactive dogs requiring privacy. The completely private bookings mean each dog gets exactly the environment they need with no compromises. Whether your dog is friendly, selective, anxious, or anywhere in between, Bellevue has 603 options to match their temperament.

When can puppies start visiting dog parks in Bellevue?

Puppies can visit Bellevue Sniffspot locations as soon as they have age-appropriate vaccinations (typically around 8-10 weeks with their first round of shots). Unlike public dog parks where you'd wait until puppies are fully vaccinated at 16+ weeks, Sniffspot's private bookings eliminate disease risk from unknown dogs. This early, safe socialization in Bellevue helps prevent fear and reactivity issues later. Many Bellevue trainers specifically use Sniffspot for puppy development.

How do I find private dog parks near me in Bellevue?

Browse Bellevue's 603 private dog parks on Sniffspot by entering your zip code or neighborhood. Filter by distance (within 5, 10, or 25 miles), then narrow by features: fully fenced, "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities like fully fenced dog parks or small dog parks. Each Bellevue listing shows photos, reviews, exact location, and instant availability. Seven Acres, Mostly Fenced, Waterfront access on Mill Creek in Nashville is particularly popular among Bellevue dog owners.

Are Bellevue dog parks good for small dogs?

Yes! Many Bellevue Sniffspot hosts specifically mark their spaces as "small dog friendly," meaning they're sized appropriately for toy breeds and small dogs. Unlike public dog parks where small dogs can be intimidated or injured by larger dogs, Bellevue private bookings give your small dog the entire space. Filter for secure fencing with no gaps, smaller yard sizes, and hosts who cater to petite pups. Some Bellevue dog park locations even have separate small dog areas.

What's the difference between Sniffspot and public dog parks in Bellevue?

The biggest difference is privacy and control. Public dog parks in Bellevue mean sharing space with unknown dogs and owners. You can't control who shows up or how they behave. Sniffspot's 603 Bellevue locations give you private bookings where only your dogs are present. You choose the time, the space, and the environment. Plus, you get amenities like fully fenced dog parks, small dog parks, and maintained cleanliness that public parks can't guarantee.

Do Bellevue dog parks allow senior dogs?

Yes! Bellevue Sniffspot locations are excellent for senior dogs who need gentle exercise without the stress of public dog parks. Older dogs can explore at their own pace, rest when needed, and avoid being knocked over by rambunctious dogs. Look for Bellevue spots with flat terrain, shaded areas, easy access, and smaller sizes if your senior has limited mobility. The privacy means your older dog can enjoy off-leash time safely and comfortably.

Can I rent a private dog park in Bellevue by the hour?

Yes! All 603 Sniffspot locations in Bellevue are available for hourly rental. Most bookings are 1-2 hours, though you can reserve longer if needed. Book instantly through the platform, arrive during your time slot, and have the entire space to yourself. Many Bellevue dog owners rent weekly for consistent, safe exercise for their dogs.
