There is also a designated 2500sq/ft 9ft-high fenced area on the property you’re welcome to utilize if your dog is an avid jumper or for training. This gorgeous property boasts mature Ponderosas, rolling hills, grassy areas & much more! It is suggested that you survey the property with your doggo on leash until you get familiar with the area. There is a dug out water area that freezes over in Winter and gets a bit muddy in Spring/Summer. You're welcome to get your doggo a drink, or rinse your doggo off @ the well head spigot near the house. Pics attached to your review are GREATLY appreciated! All Breed Rescue & Training is a non-profit organization that helps dogs that were deemed unadoptable for whatever reason and were facing euthanasia. We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! We teach anything from Basic Obedience and Puppy socialization classes to more Advanced classes and even some fun classes like Nose Work. We also offer behavior training to help those who have dogs that struggle with behavioral issues. If you are interested in training please reach out to us on our website haveanicedog.org We have three spaces available for renting! The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Please let us know what space you would like to use when booking by adding your room choice to the "add a note to your host" and stating Canine Lifestyle Center, Training Room West, or Behavior Room. You may also request any amenities we offer to be in that space before you arrive. Our 2 dogs love our 1/3 acre yard and we think yours will too! Enjoy our fully fenced yard with all the comforts of home, literally. While your dog(s) have a great time exploring, playing with toys or cooling down on the splashpad (the splashpad is an extra cost), you can enjoy play time with them or kick back in our hammock or our covered patio complete with SUPER comfy couch, chairs, TV, wifi and cold snacks and drinks (drinks and snacks are extra). Our back yard and patio is our favorite place to hang out in the summer. We think you and your fur babies will love it too!

Nice quiet location close to downtown. Fully fenced Astro turf dog heaven with tons of chew toys and tennis balls. Also backs up to open field with more room to run around in the tall grass if you and your pup desire. Tables and chairs for humans. Plus toys for kiddos.

Great View of Pikes Peak and plenty of space for dogs to run and play. Very quiet area with no shared fenceline to neighbors. Composting 💩 station on site.

1800 square feet of private backyard. There are plenty of trees for privacy and nice short green grass. Water faucet is easily accessible and there’s a covered porch with camp chairs and a kiddie pool. Backyard faces Cherry Creek Trail.

Our Sniffspot is on approximately 2 acres and is completely fenced in. Access the pasture in the north gate. Drive into the pasture and then close the gate behind you. Then let those fur babies run. Next to the barn is a table & 2 chairs. Water is available under the deck, please bring your own bowl. Please use the trash can to clean up after your pups. Please book your reservation during daylight hours. Obviously this will change based on time of year. Our house color is barnyard red and the gates are past the house. You are welcome to use the entire backyard & pasture. We have a kids playground, horse shoes, & various seating. We want you to enjoy the great outdoors just like we have! 🦮🐶👏

Fully fenced in backyard with bushes and trees to run around. Side gate available for additional access. Neighbor dogs are visible in one portion of the yard but there are two fences in between. I do have a dog named Gus that absolutely loves to play if your pup wants a playmate, he does however socialize at daycare. Toys can be provided also. Looking forward to see your pup have a blast!

Come let your dog really run! We have 8+ acres fully fenced with lots of room to play, check out new smells, great views and quiet. Bring your horse too. I have an outdoor arena and round pen. We would love to share our beautiful little ranch with you!

My fenced in yard has dog friendly turf that stays cool in the summer and keeps your pups paws clean. I also have a fire pit and heat lantern for use as well.

Bring your pup to play in a safe, fenced in backyard! We have two pups of our own if you need your furry baby to have some friends to play with that you can feel comfortable with them playing with.

My backyard is mainly dirt and weeds, totally cool for the pups to dig if they want as long as you fill it back in before leaving ! I have two small kiddy pools that can be filled up if wanted along with a sprinkler. There is a dog bowl for water, hammocks to hangout in while you hangout with your pup and plenty of chairs ! It's not the prettiest place to hangout, but it can be a good time ! My front yard is also fully fenced in, if you'd like that for training or just to hangout in, just let me know. I do have 2 dogs inside that may bark, but they will stay inside. I hope to see you and your pup here soon !

This home is located in Lorson Ranch, fully fenced big patio, with chairs for owners. Wi-Fi available. This home has a gym garage, it’s available for use after signing a waiver. Have a workout while your dog runs around 💕

* due to the canine respiratory virus going around, the water bowl will not be out as a precaution for everyone’s dogs* ** new sign for the gate is on the way! ** Located near the 25 & 470, this spot in Lone Tree is a spacious & fully fenced in private dog park! The backyard is .25 acres & has both grass along with an area with wood chips. There are some dog friendly wildflowers for a literal sniff spot for the dogs. Kiddie pool will be unavailable starting October 1st. When you arrive, you can enter through the side gate to the left of the house behind the tree. Please make sure your dog is up to date on their vaccines (rabies, parvo, distemper, etc) to maintain a healthy & safe environment for all the dogs (including my own two + our foster dog). There are treats and poop bags on the chair. Please dispose of poop in the trash (Home Depot bucket) under the stair area. Thanks!

This yard is right off of the street. For easy parking and easy access. It is fully fenced in even for the smallest dog. It has a rock area for digging as well as a large grassy area for playing and rolling around in the grass. A hose can be provided for washing your dog. Also seating area with fire pit and a picnic table. Views of the mountain range in the Air Force Academy can be seen from the yard. My neighbors do have other dogs, but the there is fences and their yards to keep their dogs from coming to the fence in my yard. Super safe scenic, and relaxing. My backyard is a very quiet place. All of my friends dogs love to come over a sniff around. Lots of shady spots and cool corners to have a good sniff!!
