Water for the dogs and for the kids if they are willing to drink from the hose! Trash can available on the way out. You can park on the driveway or the street and access the yard from the gate on the west side of the house. Please pickup after your pet or child. I do have a dog that will come out barking if I'm not home to block her inside. She's very friendly, she just sounds ferocious with her loud bark.

Please do not park in the driveway or block the driveway for any reason. When you walk up, there is a sidewalk on the left side of the garage that leads to the backyard/sniff spot! The gate is kind of old, so there is a bungee cord to help it stay shut. We have one neighbor dog on each side that are sometimes outside. Please enjoy, and if you don't mind picking up any poo left behind, that would be greatly appreciated! Enjoy! In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The course is changed every Monday morning. Course maps are in the box hanging on the entrance gate. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc. Several seating areas are provided, along with a picnic table.

18 acre ranch with beautiful landscape, views of horses and occasionally wildlife depending on time of day and 10 acres fully fenced for sniffspot reservations. You are welcome to pet the horses but do not feed. Please do not allow your dogs to growl or charge the horses (even though they are behind fences). All the horses are calm and easy around dogs, which we need it to stay that way. **Summer note-dog pool water will be changed once a day for 2026 due to water restrictions and costs. This is so we do not need to increase the sniffspot fee** We have a fully fenced area roughly 10 acres with mowed paths for walking. You are welcome to walk thru the field if desired. Occasionally, the horses have access to the field during non sniffspot hours so there will be delicious horse poop, some dogs will eat it and others not. Most dogs process horse poop very well and many vets will tell you it’s good for their gut. There are random balls and toys in the field for use, water is available and if we are home during your visit should the restroom be needed we will honor use of that. Most days there is a bin with free dog food and/or treat samples. You are welcome to bring agility or equipment and toys each visit if desired or practice nosework. We are also open to hosting groups, such as agility, nosework or trainers who need a large outdoor space that is fully fenced. Off street parking and can accommodate large vehicles. Small dogs are welcome, do note the fencing is graduated so depending on size of dog, some real tiny ones who are escape artists may not be the best fit.
