Hi! I’m Joanne, and this is my dog Nifty’s favorite place in the world—so I thought I’d share it with other wonderful dogs and their people. We have 15 private acres with woods, open fields, and river access, and it’s been such a gift for my dog to have a safe space to run freely. I know not every dog thrives at dog parks, so I wanted to create a peaceful alternative. This space is especially loved by dogs who need a little extra room or prefer a quieter environment. The property is fenced along the two “long sides” which encourages your dog to stay nearby but with lots of roaming space. The fence is NOT fully secure. Please see the section about fencing. Near the cabin, there’s a cozy seating area where you can relax under the trees while your dog enjoys the space. We’re so happy to share this space with you and your pup! ******** HUNTING SEASON *********** NOV 21- DEC 13 Please take precautions for your dogs and yourself. Wear bright colors and stay on my property. I will have a Tupperware bin with orange neck gators and bandanas for your dog by parking area. Thanks 🧡🐾🧡 Bottomless Smells. 100 acre farm. Lots of space for your doggos and you to roam. It is a rustic magical place. Parking is far from the street down a gravel driveway. Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy my great property.

Visitors are welcome to use the equine obstacles available in the indoor or bring your own. High windows in the building prevent visitors from seeing the other animals. Horses and donkeys are kept on site but not in the area of the spot. Openings starting at 30 minutes and up to full day rentals. Happy to chat about weekly club, daycare or spots. Please no digging in the arena footing. Please leave everything as you found it. Guests must sign a waiver on their first visit. The building is equipped with security cameras inside and out. Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Lots of shade after noon! Parking is off street in my driveway - there's plenty of space! Membership price includes access to the agility area. Enjoy time at Charlotte's Run, affectionately called the (Foster) Puppy Farm, where many of the dogs rescued by our 501(c)3 animal welfare nonprofit, Mr. Bones & Co., rehabilitate and decompress before finding forever homes. Booking this Sniffspot helps us save lives and continue our rescue work. Enjoy the wooded trails, gentle rolling fields, swimmable pond and Catskill Mountain views. We encourage and welcome reactive dogs who need the place to themselves, and their humans who love them. Our farm is a safe place for everybody, and every dog.
