The property backs up to the Mulberry River and the riverbank is very steep, please do not attempt to access the river at the rear of the property. Inside the fenced yard, there is a covered deck with chairs, table, and dog toys available and a water spigot you're free to use. We have 2 GSPs who love to use the yard but will not be on property. You'll have the space to yourself.
