Beautiful Hobby farm on 10 valley acres covered in Aspen and pines. Breathtaking views of pikes peak. We do have both wild and farm animals that enjoy the property but a vast majority of the property is private for your pup. Bring your toys for fun with your pup and relaxation!

All Breed Rescue & Training is a non-profit organization that helps dogs that were deemed unadoptable for whatever reason and were facing euthanasia. We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! We teach anything from Basic Obedience and Puppy socialization classes to more Advanced classes and even some fun classes like Nose Work. We also offer behavior training to help those who have dogs that struggle with behavioral issues. If you are interested in training please reach out to us on our website haveanicedog.org We have three spaces available for renting! The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Please let us know what space you would like to use when booking by adding your room choice to the "add a note to your host" and stating Canine Lifestyle Center, Training Room West, or Behavior Room. You may also request any amenities we offer to be in that space before you arrive. My Sniffspot has all the agility equipment. From the dog walk, teeter, lots of jumps, weave poles, and much more.

Come enjoy a walk thru the woods on a private groomed trail/road. The trail is about a 1/2 mile down to a clear, open area to further enjoy, with a creek and watering hole. Much of the trail is shaded from the forest canopy. Once down by the creek, the temp is about 10 degrees cooler as well. The boundaries of the "spot" are the county road on the top side and the creek on the bottom side. *We require a completed Sniffspot profile with details and pictures of your dog(s) to confirm our guests. *To keep us and all our neighbors safe, NO SMOKING of any kind, for any reason, NO EXCEPTIONS is allowed on property.

Nice quiet location close to downtown. Fully fenced Astro turf dog heaven with tons of chew toys and tennis balls. Also backs up to open field with more room to run around in the tall grass if you and your pup desire. Tables and chairs for humans. Plus toys for kiddos.

Scenic pasture fully fenced with 2x4 no climb fencing. Three alpaca use the space when dogs aren’t booked. The alpaca are right across the fence line for dog owners to see while the doggos play.

There is also a designated 2500sq/ft 9ft-high fenced area on the property you’re welcome to utilize if your dog is an avid jumper or for training. This gorgeous property boasts mature Ponderosas, rolling hills, grassy areas & much more! It is suggested that you survey the property with your doggo on leash until you get familiar with the area. There is a dug out water area that freezes over in Winter and gets a bit muddy in Spring/Summer. 40 acres of wildflowers and natural grasses with a natural spring-fed creek, sandy beaches and rolling hills. Fenced along the highway, and on either side, but open everywhere else! I recommend a long leash or lead for escape artists, as the fence is meant for livestock and will not keep in a determined doggo! Come dip your toes in the crystal clear stream with stunning views of Pikes Peak. Ultra private, neighbors would need binoculars to see you! Quick and easy access off the highway, park in the grass and explore with your pup. Parking area is shown in last photo, please do not cross the bridge with your vehicle, but completely free to roam on foot and paw! Please watch for cacti and burrs! Thank you!

Our 2 dogs love our 1/3 acre yard and we think yours will too! Enjoy our fully fenced yard with all the comforts of home, literally. While your dog(s) have a great time exploring, playing with toys or cooling down on the splashpad (the splashpad is an extra cost), you can enjoy play time with them or kick back in our hammock or our covered patio complete with SUPER comfy couch, chairs, TV, wifi and cold snacks and drinks (drinks and snacks are extra). Our back yard and patio is our favorite place to hang out in the summer. We think you and your fur babies will love it too!

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Fully fenced in backyard with bushes and trees to run around. Side gate available for additional access. Neighbor dogs are visible in one portion of the yard but there are two fences in between. I do have a dog named Gus that absolutely loves to play if your pup wants a playmate, he does however socialize at daycare. Toys can be provided also. Looking forward to see your pup have a blast!

My backyard is mainly dirt and weeds, totally cool for the pups to dig if they want as long as you fill it back in before leaving ! I have two small kiddy pools that can be filled up if wanted along with a sprinkler. There is a dog bowl for water, hammocks to hangout in while you hangout with your pup and plenty of chairs ! It's not the prettiest place to hangout, but it can be a good time ! My front yard is also fully fenced in, if you'd like that for training or just to hangout in, just let me know. I do have 2 dogs inside that may bark, but they will stay inside. I hope to see you and your pup here soon !

My fenced in yard has dog friendly turf that stays cool in the summer and keeps your pups paws clean. I also have a fire pit and heat lantern for use as well.

This yard is right off of the street. For easy parking and easy access. It is fully fenced in even for the smallest dog. It has a rock area for digging as well as a large grassy area for playing and rolling around in the grass. A hose can be provided for washing your dog. Also seating area with fire pit and a picnic table. Views of the mountain range in the Air Force Academy can be seen from the yard. My neighbors do have other dogs, but the there is fences and their yards to keep their dogs from coming to the fence in my yard. Super safe scenic, and relaxing. We have a large backyard that our dogs love! There is plenty of space for them to run around. Two of our surrounding neighbors have horses that can sometimes be seen.

Our Sniffspot is on approximately 2 acres and is completely fenced in. Access the pasture in the north gate. Drive into the pasture and then close the gate behind you. Then let those fur babies run. Next to the barn is a table & 2 chairs. Water is available under the deck, please bring your own bowl. Please use the trash can to clean up after your pups. Please book your reservation during daylight hours. Obviously this will change based on time of year. Our house color is barnyard red and the gates are past the house. You are welcome to use the entire backyard & pasture. We have a kids playground, horse shoes, & various seating. We want you to enjoy the great outdoors just like we have! 🦮🐶👏
