Welcome to Fallen Oak Farm. A small permaculture style food forest sitting on the Etowah River. We have 6 acres total. 3 acres are fully fenced in to protect our garden. The unfenced area also has wide open spaces, In addition to a path in the woods that runs along the river. Large open areas for sunning or throwing your pup’s favorite toy.

140 acres of unfenced land surrounding lakes and streams. Wooded and open fields far from roads. Emergency EV charging available. Not a ton of other amenities, but the view is fabulous, approximately 2 miles from I-75. Come play!!

* The park is fully-fenced, with 0.84 acres of cleared, wooded land (no grass). *Please be mindful of potential ground hazards as the area is not groomed. In fall and winter, leaves and any snow are not cleared and left in their natural state on the ground. You may encounter wildlife. * The entry gate is accessed by a coded lock. The code will be provided approximately 2 hours prior to your reserved time.

We are a retired couple that loves dogs! We’ve always had trouble finding a place for our dogs to run while on vacation. We have a shallow running creek through our property and lots of flat land to throw a ball. Lots of trees and forest area for exploring too.

Overall, it’s a haven for pups to socialize, exercise, and have a great time! When you’re looking at the house from the front, the entrance is to the left. Want to play disc with your dog without the worry of other dogs?Come play! We'll even teach you how. Enjoy plenty of shade under the trees or on the porch, complete with fans. If it's really hot, ask us to fill the kiddie pool for your pooch. Several types of private lessons are available from our trainer. Enjoy!

Plenty of parking as the house is located in a quiet cul de sac. Two gated entries to the backyard, fully fenced in.

Come visit our large backyard smack dab in the center of Marietta, between Sprayberry and Lassiter High School! Available to you are dog toys, mosquito repellent, citronella candles, hose, trash can, sprinkler, pooper scooper, poop buckets, TWO kid pools, and comfortable seating for up to 8 people! Parking is available in the driveway to the left of the shed, and entrance to the yard will be to your right. We are working on perfecting the walkway. Let me know if you have any questions! Bring your dog to enjoy a slice of pastured, fully fenced heaven out in the country. Wear your mud boots and come explore our land. We have multiple different types of terrain for you and your dog to enjoy. Grassy, muddy, hilly, plus a ravine with a seasonal stream. There's plenty of room for all those games of fetch or chase. ***Note*** Our fencing is set up for livestock so smaller dogs would be able to scoot underneath. Please make sure you have your dog under voice control at all times.
