The sniff spot is clean, with short grass, splash pool, tree tug, ball throwing machine and other toys. Shaded sitting area and fire pit. However the fire pit is only available November through March as we are a Bee, Butterfly, Hummingbird and Bird friendly spot. The yard is fully fenced, ensuring your pet's safety while they explore. **DISCLAIMER: this fence is not a privacy fence, It is a chain link fence. At the tallest point of the fence it is 4 ft. tall and at the shortest point it is 1 foot from the “ground”. The reason for this is because there are pine trees up against some parts of the fence and the pine needles have stacked under the trees to create a higher ground. If your pup doesn’t listen to you when seeing triggers I don’t recommend our spot** You and your pups can take a dip in the inground swimming pool, which is about 10 meters long, perfect for cooling off on hot days. And don't worry about the weather—there's a spacious covered porch for when it rains, so the fun never has to stop. Welcome to Koda and I's personal paradise, featuring several horses and a donkey! Stop by and visit us as a side quest so you can relax and enjoy the view in a peaceful, quiet countryside setting both you and your dog(s) will enjoy! Choose to either kick back and let your dog go full steam ahead in the .5 acre, four foot, fully fenced pup play yard, which has been vetted by dogs small and large, puppies and seniors, and both high energy and couch potatoes alike, or do some on leash training or long lead play in the accompanying open field next to the enclosed yard. Our yard has been tested (and approved) by Pomeranians, Yorkies, Beagles, Pitties, Whippets, and all of our Sniffspot visitors, and it's even horse proof! Natural grass fills the property, with only the occasional use of weed killer along fencelines to keep up with property maintenance and stay on top of bugs. There are several huge shade trees that my pup and his friends enjoy laying under. If you are looking to desensitize your pup to horses, reach out and I may be able to arrange turn out so they can get up close and personal, while maintaining the barrier of the fence. But otherwise, the Spot and the horse pastures are completely separate from each other, giving you and your pups a chance to admire from a distance! We look forward to sharing our slice of heaven with you!

My spot is a large grassy area fully fenced with a 5 foot chain link fence and a 6 foot privacy fence. This yard is 100% separate from my personal back yard and truly gives you the private dog park feel! You don’t even have to go behind my house to gain access. If you have a dog(s) who would love a large open area to play fetch and have the zoomies this is the perfect play spot. •We have a picnic table for seating and umbrella for use. •A water hose and kiddie pool for dogs to cool off and play in. •Provided a large Stainless Steel water bowl •Black outdoor box stocked with dog toys, treats and other items for use. •This yard can be lit up with a spot light when daylight savings ends and it gets darker earlier. Plus a street light directly in front of my house. My neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You may see people walking the neighborhood with other dogs or children from my yard.
