There is a small front yard that can act as a staging area for leashes or whatever you have and it has an entrance to the larger side yard. Outside there are water bowls as well a few toys and balls. Imperia's Canine Connection 1+ Acre Private Dog Park The Spot The Spot is over 1.25 acres of fully fenced (6' chain link) field with a drive-through gate so your dogs can start running right out of the car. The surface is a packed sandy soil with dry groundcover during dry Summer, Fall, and Winter months, and mowed natural vegetation during the Spring and wetter Summer months. A walk around the interior fence line is about a quarter mile so it is great for the active dog owner too. This Sniffspot is a close, rural ambiance location in Aurora just two miles east of I-225 from the Sixth Ave exit. The Training Yard The Training Yard is a 60’ x 30’ fenced yard with a Dog Tuff ™ grass surface. This is a unique grass designed with dogs and drought tolerance in mind. The Training Yard is a place for your focused training. You can also use this area as a cool down area after playing in the field. And of course, this is a great yard for my guests with smaller paw prints. Please be mindful that you may want to roll in this grass with your dogs as I do with mine, so please spend time in the field area to potty your dogs before entering the Training Yard. The “Extras” The Spot and the Training Yard are included with your reservation. Some may take training to a competitive level, so I also have available as “Extras” a complete set of AKC Rally signs and equipment, AKC Obedience jumps, and some practice equipment for your Agility training. See the “Extras” in the app for pricing and message me in the app for details and additional information. Sniffin' Hours Summer Hours are 7:00 am -7:00 pm every day except for Tuesday. REACTION NOTICE: I share a 300-foot fence line with the neighbor to the west and have installed privacy screening to minimize distractions. The neighbor has dozens of loose chickens, and the dogs do not bother them. Dogs may bark with curiosity, which is normal and okay, but they often stop once they realize the chickens do not react. Also, the neighbor has a friendly dog that infrequently, though on random occasion has access to this shared fence line. Please consider this if your dog is highly reactive to other dogs.

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. This beautiful half acre has a fantastic, unobstructed view of the foothills and Long's Peak. Sunsets are stunning from the Dog Park. There are some Russian Olive Trees on the South side of the Park that provide wonderful shade, as well as a cottonwood near the North side, providing even more shade. This is an unobstructed, fully fenced pasture where dogs can roam freely. Water is provided at the water pump.

This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The course is changed every Monday morning. Course maps are in the box hanging on the entrance gate. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc. Several seating areas are provided, along with a picnic table.
