55Wonderful! Most of the muddy spots that other visitors mebtioned were very manageable and drying up with the hot weather.
My dog had so much fun. There were so many trails to follow and it was very peaceful. One section got pretty close to the nearby public pipeline trail and when we were walking by there was a family with an off leash dog making a decent bit of noise that my dog did want to investigate. Something to keep in mind if your dog doesn't have a solid recall.
Overall, totally great Sniffspot!Courtney V.

55This was the perfect place to go on a trail run and work on your dog’s recall and focus. I've been working with my dog for months to run with me, and this is the best place I have found to train for trail running. Beth S.

55This was indeed a magical spot! My dog loved it. Once you get away from the main road, it feels quite secluded and it's a great place for dogs to get some sniffs in and for my corgi, burn off some of his relentless energy. Katie L.

55This sniffspot was actually magical! My dog loved the freedom to explore the forest without the anxiety of running into others. She had zoomies nonstop and must have crossed the log bridge 30 times. We will be back. Note - not good for dogs without solid recall, there is not a fence.Bryanna T.

55Mountain parkour park for the dogs! They had a blast zooming through the trails and bushes and leaping up and down little hills. Slurp some water from the shallow stream when they get thirsty.
It is unfenced and tangent to a road with zooming cars so be careful while getting in and out. But once you gets deep in it’s safe.
For the human, dress for the weather. Hiking boots, clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Ran L.

55The start of the trails is on a busy road and quickly leads to playground equipment. There is a small area to play fetch. The trail leads on to a very sturdy bridge across the creek. After that the trail is less obvious so you are an adventurer!! We had great fun and there were tons of super cool mushrooms!! Emily H.

55So much fun! This sniffspot is so beautiful. Private, quiet once away from the road, and so spacious. You come up to the child play area pretty quickly, which is a terrific place to practice doggy parkour. Going deeper into the woods does require good boots, with multiple trails and lush vegetation. Ample seating throughout. Two large logs help bridge the way over the creek. Good balance is required for them. Shortly after crossing the bridge, the you do need to create your own trail. I wasn’t too sure on how far we could keep going to stay within property lines, but it was quite the adventure for me and my reactive boy. Water and portapotty toilets are available. Host is very good about communicating quickly. Good recall is a must as the spot is close to a busy road close to where you park and then afterwards your dog may take off into the beautiful forest. I absolutely loved the smell of the woods! We are excited to return again soon. Sadaf H.

55Dogs can be dogs here!! Our pups are afraid of people, so here, and without fences, they were simply themselves! They run, jump, sniff, and explore! We will be back!
Note: This sniffspot can be challenging for people with limited mobility.Sandra A.

55This was an awesome spot! We went on my pups birthday and the rain let up just in time. She had so much fun exploring and romping around. It was also really cool to see all the different mushrooms on the property. My only warning is Apple Maps kept leading me past the entrance of the property so look out for the sign! We kept Naru leashed until we were on the little trail and had no problems otherwise. We definitely hope to come again. Daniela V.

55Excellent place. My dog got to explore many things, including things she's never experienced like the playground area. There are some devil clubs around but dogs learn really quickly not to approach them. The log can be dangerous (slippery) for humans when wet but I crossed over on all fours like my dog and I had no problem. Plenty of room for your dog to get the zoomies. Thank you for sharing your land with us. Roberto M.

55Our pup loved it here! I think it was his favorite sniff spot he’s ever been too. We both had so much fun. I will say the trails can be a bit overgrown so it’s definitely an adventure and you may trip over a log or two. But overall this is one of the best sniff spots I have been to Hannah T.

55My dogs loved running through the forest and stream. No other dogs or humans present. The beginning is close to the road so be careful if you have an eloper. Wear boots or good shoes because much of the trail is off roads/natural. It was a beautiful spot with tons for my dogs to do! Jamie A.

FAQ about our Fall City dog hiking trails
Are dog hiking trails safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than a city or county park. With a Sniffspot off-leash area all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. Our hiking trails tend to be outside the city, which lends to more privacy, but it is also important to follow typical hiking safety precautions, such as potentially having trail maps.
