Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. A walk around the interior fence line is about a quarter mile so it is great for the active dog owner too. Private 2,400 sq ft fully fenced backyard in Louisville with mature trees, lots of shade, and direct access from the back gate to miles of on-leash trails and open space. This is a quiet, natural Colorado backyard with room for dogs to sniff, explore, play, and decompress away from a busy public dog park. The yard has a mix of dirt, mulch, mature landscaping, trees, and a large deck for humans to relax while dogs enjoy the space. One of the best features is the south-facing back gate, which opens directly to the public trail system. You can enjoy private yard time first, then leash up and head straight out for a longer walk without getting back in the car. The yard is fully fenced at approximately 6 feet, with mostly wood privacy fencing and a wood-framed wire section along the open-space side. Because the rear fence is partially see-through, you may occasionally see or hear walkers, cyclists, dogs, or wildlife on the trail. The area is generally quiet and trail traffic is usually light, depending on the time of day. My resident dog will remain inside the house during your visit and will not share the yard with guests, although she may occasionally be heard from inside. Street parking is available in front of the property and throughout the neighborhood. Guests enter through the west-side gate and may leave through the same gate or use the back gate for direct trail access.

There is a small chance my neighbors will ride their horses behind the fenced area but this is not common and they usually move through quickly. -If you need towels, please ask ahead of time. -Please, no digging in the area with short grass near the house, near any fence lines or near the solar array or well head.
