Hi friends! If you are interested in our sniff spot, please park on the street in front of the house on either side of the driveway. Please do not park in the driveway or block the driveway for any reason. When you walk up, there is a sidewalk on the left side of the garage that leads to the backyard/sniff spot! The gate is kind of old, so there is a bungee cord to help it stay shut. We have one neighbor dog on each side that are sometimes outside. Please enjoy, and if you don't mind picking up any poo left behind, that would be greatly appreciated! Enjoy! NOTE: BOTH NEIGHBORS HAVE DOGS, IF YOUR DOG(S) IS REACTIVE TO OTHER DOGS, THIS MIGHT NOT BE THE SPOT FOR THEM. ALSO, THERE ARE PARTS OF THE FENCING THAT ARE SHORTER THAN OTHERS. I PLAN TO HAVE THE ENTIRE FENCE REPLACED THIS SUMMER, UNTIL THEN, IF THE SHORT FENCING IS AN ISSUE, THIS MIGHT NOT BE THE SPOT FOR YOUR PUP(S).

Hummingbird Trails - 15 Acres of private trails in Conifer, CO

Visit our enchanted forest in the mountains! Update March 2026 - Trails are open! If there is snow, you’ll need a 4x4 vehicle for the roads and driveway. We have 15 acres of trails (2 miles of different trail loops) running through our property, including a narrow seasonal stream that runs in the spring. We use the trails for dog walking, hiking, and mountain biking. May-September we have tons of hummingbirds zipping through the property. The trails are considered intermediate: easy in parts, and intermediate in parts, with uneven Colorado rocky terrain. The trails wind up and down the side of a mountain and empty into the forest and the meadows. There are inclines and declines. This property is not for everyone - it’s very natural. The trails are in great condition and it beautiful, but there is a wild element to it similar to any park in the area. WINTER: We try to keep the trails available in the winter for snowy hikes - you'll need a 4x4 vehicle for roads and driveway. The sun can warm the snowy trails up quickly so we suggest bringing a towel for snowy days. The meadow has a couple of icy spots where the snow doesn’t melt as quickly, but you can easily walk around these areas on the trail. Free amenities available for guest use: - WiFi - Walking/hiking poles - Air horn for guest safety - Dog waste bags and trash can - Fenced in area near parking spot - Picnic table and benches in doggy play areas. - Rock outcroppings great for climbing and photo opportunities - Seasonal stream at the bottom of the mountain trails, with natural springs flowing out of the mountain all year round. We love welcoming new and old visitors of all sizes! I run a doggie daycare/boarding out of my home, so the yard is doggie proof and set up for you and your pup to enjoy your time off leash with them. The yard is completely enclosed, fully turfed, access to water/toys and treats. I have lights hung for evening visits too! There is a couch/chairs and tables you can help yourself too. As summer approaches we will have pools and fun activities for the pups that will be free to use. I have a dog treadmill that is free to use, must bring your own harness - happy to give instructions upon request.

Country Run's 58 Acre Private Ranch In Conifer

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. If you need me to move anything down into the yard for your convenience, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.

Mountain Paradise

Take a lovely walk in the woods with your dog, let them sniff and enjoy nature. Three acres of forest, fully fenced for your enjoyment. This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The course is changed every Monday morning. Course maps are in the box hanging on the entrance gate. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc. Several seating areas are provided, along with a picnic table.

Most people have been we do go through the property twice a week and sometimes find poop. 💩 . Please respect the land and clean up after your dogs. If we have to hire a poop cleanup person, the cost will go up. ** Moose can be aggressive to dogs and people. If you see one, please leave and we will reimburse you.**** We try to be very communicative on the chat app, so please check the chat or let me know if you have questions, hit traffic, need extra time (I can add extra time but need to communicate with you to make sure we don't have overlap). *Also - if your dog has special sensitives, you can let us know as well and we can try to work with you (i.e. let you know if a neighbor is having a party or such before you drive up the canyon).

This is not a regular sized backyard, it is very open flat and long, backing up to W. Peakview Drive. You will have enough space to throw the ball especially if you go to the west side of the yard. Motorized pergola opens/shuts for weather. Borrow a blanket on the couch if needed during your visit. My resident dog: med tricolor mix, friendly, quiet/sticks close to me or sleeps in the house. You won't hear or see her. Very secure yard. I close curtains/lock all doors/dog door. *Neighbors are very quiet.
