A hidden gem in the midst of Smyrna! Nested within the city limits is 25 acres of beauty and splendor - creeks, woods, field, trails, and a crystal clear spring. One side of the property is bordered by rock springs and has some natural fencing consistent with a century old farm and homestead. Walk back in time and enjoy the boundless scenery. Please be aware of the water features as the spring is deep and moves swiftly through the property. An abundance of wildlife live on the farm so don’t be surprised by deer, hawks, skunks, rabbits, raccoons and such. With a farm also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, fox holes, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes. So come prepared!

We recently bought a lil piece of heaven, 10 acres of paradise. Half is wooded and half is open land. Open field available for your babies to run on and an open spot in the woods to explore. The property line between us and our neighbors is marked with metal stakes so we ask that you keep your fur babies on our side. But feel free to explore the field of tall grass with trails winding through. We have a dry pond to explore and lots of room to throw a ball. We love it here. Once your done, you both will need a nap. There’s a hose out front of the house you can use to fill up water for your baby, and chairs at the walnut tree to relax in if you need a break. Feel free to walk the trails which come out near the fence closest to house and opposite side in field. Make you and your babies at home and enjoy paradise as much as we all do! See you soon!

While supervising, please be mindful and courteous if your dog tears up our grass while playing with toys, I know some pups love to scrape the ground when playing. We’re trying super hard to grow some better grass for our visitors!! Please be a 5 star guest by making sure water is turned off if hose was used, properly secure the gate upon exit, scoop any poop and toss into doggie trash can, put any snack wrappers, water bottle, etc into available trash can. Any doggie supplies used? Please place them back where they originally were found 👍 We do have a security camera overseeing the yard that my husband checks periodically, just wanted to make you aware! Street parking available outside home. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe!
