The Dog Spot - 0.5 Acre Fully Fenced

*Our driveway is gravel, as the snow is melting it gets messy out there. Hello! Welcome to The Dog Spot! We are located in the country in Corcoran, just south of Hanover, west of Rogers. We have about .5 acres fenced in that we refer to as our dog park. Fencing is chicken wire / hog paneling with a utility gate entry. Two people per dog are allowed. If you would like to bring additional people, please add on a Pawty Package. Make sure to grab a doggy treat bag from the mailbox before you leave :) ***We may periodically be outside working or the kids playing. We always do our best to not impede on your time at the dog park.

We have thousands of leaves piled up just waiting for you, your pup and other humans to come and enjoy romping in them and getting those great fall leaf photos. We have plenty of props to use for the perfect shot. We also have an agility jump, weaving poles, a hoop, stairs and slide and a dig pit perfect for expending more energy. Chairs and tables provided for you as well as toys & water for your dogs. Since we're partially fenced (3 sides) we have 20 and 30 ft tieouts if your pup's recall isn't perfect. Come and enjoy our own private 3plus acres of wooded with some open space and trails. Fully fenced in and secure. So much space for your fur babies to run and explore. No need to stress with other dogs that may be reactive. Or maybe your pup doesn’t play well with others and prefers their own space. Our private dog park is for you. This space is amazing. It is not attached to our back yard and is a completely separate and private area. A great place for play dates with others, maybe even a picnic for the humans. Bring your snowshoes if you would like a bit of a workout yourself off trail in the deeper snow! ***2-16-26 the field is in poor conditions due to the frozen ground and warm temperatures. Please watch your footing. Early morning guest the low areas will refreeze and be crazy slippery, later guests need waterproof boots. PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field.

There is a barbed-wire fence marking the property line around the property, however it is not fully-fenced. Rookie's Park - 140 Acres of Rolling Hills & Ponds!

This 140-acre retriever training facility is made available to you when we are not training :) It features rolling hills, and several ponds. The main walking area is 80 mowed acres surrounded by ponds. While not fenced in, the neighboring fields are farmland - no houses, dogs, or people in sight. If your dog needs some serious exercise and room to run, this is it!

Spend some time on over 30 acres of rolling hills, woods, ravine, mowed paths. This area is used for a paintball playing area and is open when we dont have reservations.

We are about a quarter mile off the main road and our 10 acres go deeper into the woods. We have about 5 acres of wooded areas and 5 acres of open trails. It is a beautiful and private property. The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in. We have water available for dogs- due to the cold weather, please message me if you want water available during your visit and I will put it out ahead of time if I am home.

Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.
