Join us for ~1/4 acre of fenced in fun! The yard is level and easy to run around in or just relax and enjoy. We have 6' privacy fence and a nice shady area under the trees :) We have one dog of our own who will be inside during your stay. You may see people out front or inside the house but the backyard is yours to enjoy. We will give you space with your pup. This spot in a neighborhood setting. Be aware this means people and dogs could be walking around. I do not have control of what people and dogs are in the neighborhood outside of my fenced in spot. The fenced in area is down a long driveway and away from the sidewalk. I do have a box of toys I put out but it’s not listed as an amenity as they tend to get ruined quickly.

No need to worry about muddy paws, ever! The fencing is tall (vinyl) with no spaces or gaps. There's shady spots, chairs, tables and umbrellas for people to enjoy while your dog(s) runs and plays. There are plenty of toys and balls, plus a kiddie pool, sprinkler, hose, bowls, pooper scooper, trash cans, and a great dog house. Great space to host a doggie birthday party. Good alternative to a local dog park. If you don't have a fenced in space, and your dog doesn't do well off leash... this is a good yard space for you. A solution for those dogs who don't do well on the leash and/or pet parents with mobility issues. Available early mornings, and some weekends and week nights. May 2026 update: I am currently working on getting a six foot tall privacy fence to block out my neighbor and provide more privacy for everyone involved. To maintain the peace I have limited my hours as I wait for the new fence installation. I believe early June everything will be all set. Welcome to a clean, well-maintained, fully fenced backyard in a quiet suburban neighborhood in Southern Peabody, just 20 minutes north of Boston and right off Route 1. The yard features approximately 2,500 square feet of short, manicured grass enclosed by a vinyl privacy fence, giving your dog a safe and secure space to run, sniff, and play without distractions. The ground is flat, the grass is kept short, and the fence is solid on all sides, so even nervous or reactive dogs can decompress here comfortably. There’s a shaded structure for you to sit and relax while your pup explores, along with a stone patio area with seating and a usable fire pit if you want to hang out a bit longer. A water hose and sprinkler are available on-site, which is great for dogs who like to cool off or just chase water. We do have a resident dog, but they will not be present during your visit. A few things to note: please no digging, and please clean up after your dog before you leave. Waste bags and/or scooper are provided, as well as trash bin. Bookings are available from 10am to 7pm on weekdays, with varying weekend hours, so check the calendar for the latest availability. We’re excited to host you and your pup. About 1 acre fully fenced in yard with a 6 foot privacy fence, except the gate - (which is 4 ft chain link). Bench & patio furniture for the humans. Cushions are in the shed, please just return them to the shed after use. We have poop bags, a trash bucket, water dishes, and toys also in the shed along with a kiddie pool you can use. In the summer there is a water faucet attached to the barn, right in the yard to fill the kiddie pool or water bowls. A frost free faucet located right outside the fence, on the back of the house is usable all year. Both are fed from a natural spring on property for crystal clear water.
