Important - All prices and charges are in USD We are on a 44-acre property fenced by barbed wire. Vast rolling Hills and grassland for you to explore and for your pup to sniff. There is a pond that is occasionally filled with water. We have access to a hose for water. There is a road in the middle of the property connecting a business and our home with very occasional vehicles. Lots of space for you to avoid the road as well as like 30 acres in the back where you can be uninterrupted. Great views of knutsford. Can be quite windy at times but is nice on hot summer days. This is private property and you will be guaranteed not to run into other dogs and people.

Yard is grass but due to grubs, we’re not sure how it will come back this year quite yet. We have one dog and regularly dog sit, so there are lots of smells for your pup! Camp chair available for you during colder months, and patio set during warmer. Dog toys available! Please note that we are by the airport and river, so you will hear planes especially in the summer months.

We are close to many trails and hikes and Albert Magowan splash park for kids which is not dog friendly. Drop off your fur baby and take the kids across the street to play. We love to travel and bring our dog with us so we want to provide that option for others.

Fully fenced with areas that offer shade and sun. Lower level of the back yard has a watering station to help keep your pup(s) well hydrated. Upper level has a wide variety of trees and a pair of Adirondack chairs to take a pause and sit/enjoy the sun with your pet.
