55Lovely clean spacious area. My dog enjoyed playing fetch and doing laps around the little shed. It's more dirt than gravel with grass around the edges...easy on the paws!
There was a chair and water dish provided . Surrounded by the scent of pine! It was really enjoyable; we will be back. Dana B.

Pannell Pet Inn 1/2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Duncan | Sniffspot
55Written instructions for where to park and how to access the spot were clear. The fenced area is quite secluded and surrounded by trees, and the fencing is nice and high and secure.
My dog enjoyed racing around, and it was a great spot to do some training and scent work.
I will bring a different toy next time, as her ball got covered in gravel as soon as it was damp from her saliva, so she ended up with a lot of gravel and grit in her mouth and consequently in her poop 🙃 I think a rope toy might work better for this surface. Also, watch for dog feces in the longer grass and fallen leaves in the area by the little shed - it looks like some users missed cleaning up after their dogs because it's quite hard to spot in that area.
The space is flat and equipped with a poop scoop, chair, and water bowl. Linda was welcoming and met me in the driveway and explained where everything was upon arrival. Heather R.

55What a gem of a sniff spot! The area was so peaceful and quiet which was perfect for my reactive dog. And there was lots of space for him and his cousin to run. We went during what was probably the hottest part of the day so I’d recommend picking cooler times or be prepared to wear a hat and slather on the sunscreen because the fenced area is sunny sunny sunny. Thankfully there were some shady spots for the dogs near the coops to rest. Shawn was a generous host and even provided goodie bags for the doggos and bottled water for the humans. Thank you! 55We had a wonderful time! Such a beautiful and peaceful spot to let our pup zoom to her heart’s content - with her sight and hearing loss, we don’t have as many opportunities for her to safely be off-leash. The only sounds we could hear were the birds chirping in the trees. We’re so happy to have a spot like this in our area and will definitely be back!Jelena I.

55Our first Sniffspot visit did not disappoint! From the clear (and adorable) signage, the treats and obvious care and thought that went into setting this space up, it was a fantastic experience. I will agree with others that the spot is in the direct sunlight, so plan accordingly on hot summer days. All in all a great spot and we will look forward to being back :)Amanda S.

55Amazing space that was well signed, big enough for my ball-obsessed dog to run in and to top it off, the host provided a ball and a few treats plus water for dogs and humans! A real gem to discover. The one thing to note is there is some road noise. It's not bad but if your dog is super sound sensitive like mine is, they'll notice. But really a great space that you should check out. Becky R.

55A little hard to find because I was driving in rush hour trying to see the sign for the gate but otherwise outstanding! Host left cute signage indicating directions with a note and personalized message. They left water for me and my dog as well as some treats for both of us. The area was fully fenced and secure and far enough away from the road that you could only hear traffic in the distance. Only suggestion would be the addition of some sort of cover like an umbrella or bring your own because there wasn’t a ton of shade for a hot summer day. We booked 2 hours and will definitely be back. Waste station and supplies were also provided. Akash G.

FAQ about our Duncan dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 92% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Duncan area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 32 fully fenced dog parks in the area. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 7 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can also filter locations to avoid other domestic animals and people. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions.
