Take advantage of a fully fenced 1 acre yard for your pooch to run freely and explore with interactive power toys, balls, a water hose, shaded areas, a rope to swing from and pull on and even a spayed super sweet and well- socialized potential play date named KoCo who is almost 2 years old (play dates have to be requested in advance and monitored). There is a separate cooling area with AC for breaks, if needed when the host is available.

We have over a half an acre, entirely fenced in with a 6 foot wooden privacy fence. Conveniently located in the City of Manassas, right near 28, but it feels like you are in a wide open country space. Very few trees, plenty of room to run. Access to water and baby pool, toys and chairs for owners to use.

Swimming is at the discretion of the owner/booker, and we have no ability to control lake conditions. Welcome to sync your phone to our Bose speaker to listen to your own music or just enjoy the sounds of nature. In the springtime, it’s the perfect weather for your dogs to swim while you enjoy the view. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, you may even help us find newly hatched baby turtles during your stay!
