Two people and one dog are included in this price point and everyone is welcome in the pool! We use skimmer basket socks and an upgraded filtration system in order to be able to offer this one of a kind experience! Extra people and pets are welcome for extra fees. Please book accordingly. There is shade in the morning but it is full sun in the afternoon. It is also a very breezy location because we are so close to Georgian Bay. Pls be thoughtful when you leave a review. This is not some big money making business. We offer our property to support dog families who need a safe space for activity. When we get negative reviews because someone is “too hot” or “it rained” it makes us question what we are doing and why. It is a lot of work to maintain this space. We really do hope you enjoy.

It’s the 1st house on your left east of the 400 or 1st house on your right west of Jane. When u turn in the drive way follow it to the left and then slight right, you’ll see the house. U can park beside the barn and have an awesome walk, sniff all the things. Bring rain boots or shoes u don’t love lol It can get mucky on the trails at times. Also, there may be farmers out there so if your dog is reactive, maybe come on a weekend. I use the term “trails” loosely as yes, there are trails but there’s also a lot of forested areas. Feel free to venture in there but bring the “EAU DE BUG SPRAY”. The skeeters are nasty out here. I also LOVE seeing the pics of the pups having a roll in the dirt or just living their best life. Bring on the photoshoot!
