This is my second visit, my first visit was the day before with a friend. That visit was awesome so I scheduled another visit. This property is great for me and my dog to practice off leash work. The access is easy and the 2 hr booking is great. I guess some spots require 24 hour notice (?!).
The property is subject to usual ‘bad owner’ behavior of not picking up after their dogs so I just paid attention so as not to let my pup eat other poop. This is not a reflection on property manager, rather a reflection of other users….. same as in public spaces. I wouldn’t expect property manager to comb 2 acres after visits. I was hoping that people who paid for use would pick up after pet…

Great space, with plenty of room to run. It is mowed very closely, so I was not worried about foxtails. Ben loved it! I’ll definitely be back

Absolutely love this spot! Tons of space for my dog to play! 2 things: make sure the area is fully enclosed before letting your dog off leash (my dog managed to find the one hole in the fence so I blocked it off) and there were 2 cats on the property so be aware of that if your dog is reactive to cats!

This yard is awesome! On a hot, sunny day, most of the yard is in the sun, but there is a nice shady spot granted by some trees to the side. I would recommend using Apple Maps to get here, as I used Google Maps and it brought me to Salinas road, which is the next road over. It took me about 20 minutes to finally get to the right spot. There are a few golf balls in the yard, which is no big deal. My dog picked one up and traded it pretty quick for his tennis ball, but just something to be aware of. Overall, loved this yard and I was just so happy to see my dog so happy running around free as can be :) I also messaged Graham a few times before booking the yard and he was very responsive and kind.

This was a great spot to let our dog roam! I Briefly met Graham and he was very nice and laidback. We will be returning soon! The correct area is next to the second house on the property, past the horses.

This is a great spot with lots of different areas for the dogs to sniff around. My dogs really enjoyed exploring the space. Their little minds were totally blown by the horses next store. It was bigger than I expected and we enjoyed our time there.
There were two dogs barking at the fenceline any time we went to that side of the yard. For us, it was a good opportunity to work on recall and ignoring other dogs. It was great for my nervous girl to see that she can survive hearing dogs bark and nothing bad will happen to her and there will even be extra treats. Some dogs might find it upsetting though.

The spot has a variety of different areas to explore. The water bowls are much appreciated and my dog enjoyed investigating amongst the trees and plants. I didn’t let him investigate a small wood pile, but he is easy to control. The grassy area was perfect for zoomies and the shed and planter beds were opportunity for him to play keep away.

My dog had a wonderful time, sniffing, exploring, and running. She didn't want to leave, but it was windy and cold for her humans. The property was welcoming and the host was responsive. We will definitely be back.

It was the perfect spot for my dog to run around on! They provided lots of toys and clean water(: I loved that they even had chairs for me to sit on so that I can sit back and relax to watch while my dog just explored on her own. I’m definitely coming back soon
