Pool and 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Mt. Juliet

Hi friends the pool is open until mid October! We own dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments ourselves so we know the importance of a safe place for them to play. We live on a quiet street, and the house backs up to a large farm. The pool is human and dog friendly so bring your bathing suit. We are planning to keep the pool open until mid October, and will adjust the price accordingly. Of course, please don’t assume your dog can swim and keep a special eye on those who love to splash around. We also have a small kiddy pool that subs as a dog pool if that’s preferred. There are toys, towels, and treats on the table by the pool. Occasionally you will see/hear the neighbors two dogs through the fence but there is a safe space between the two fences. Our dogs will be out of sight but we can’t guarantee you won’t hear a bark or two. If you have a pup that likes their own space, or loves the water this is the place for you. The only thing precious is our pups so let them have a blast!

We live just outside of Davidson county about 18 miles from the middle of downtown. We are about 25 minutes from Green Hills and West Nashville. We have an enormous front yard which is fenced one one side. The property on that side does have dogs. Our yard spreads across the creek where we have a garden and a fire pit with 14 seats. We have ample firewood. The yard is not lit at night but there are spotlights on the house and tiki torches and lights on the bridge to the fire pit. We also have a shaded lawn in the back of the house. There are multiple seating areas in the front and back yard. We have a hose in the front and back as well. I can also turn on the water to the fire pit area if needed. We do have a creek, but it is dry unless there is a big rain. Also, the pond is at the end of the creek, right at the street. It’s pretty muddy, but please feel free to let your pup use it if you think they can be kept from the street. There is no fencing in this area. We have a large gravel parking area by the house and you are also welcome to park along the driveway if it is dry. Please do not park directly in front of the white seating area with red cushions as this is our septic area, but anywhere else is fine. We also have a grill, porch seating and a few outdoor dining areas.

It’s a fully fenced backyard in a beautiful neighborhood with ample street parking. Big enough to throw a ball as far as you can (if you’re me haha) & it’s still inside the fence. The grass gets cut every 2.5-3 ish weeks so the grass may be taller or shorter depending on where you fall during that timeframe. If you’re looking at the house from the street, the best place to enter is the left side, both sides of the fence has doors, left is just easier to open. hope you & your fur babies have the best time!

Flores Farmily- Mostly Fenced Private Dog Park In Watertown

Completely fenced (except for the entrance) 2 private acres of trails and fun. Enjoy a grassy, shady area at the entrance for ball playing or relaxing. Then venture out on many short trails of varying terrain throughout the woods. Dogs can jump and play on the obstacle course (it is still in process but can be enjoyed as is). Easy parking by the entrance. Horses will be grazing nearby for a relaxing view. Let your pup gallop through the woods, leaping and bounding through and over the rocks for a fun adventure. Welcome to our private farm! We live on site and will close our main gate once guests enter, ensuring the property is secure. Please inform us if there will be more than one car so I won't close the gate too soon. The pasture is fully fenced, partly with 4 board fencing, and partly with horse safe wire fencing along main road and wooden panels against neighboring property. Our current pasture is 3 acres with mainly open fields and a few trees and bushes. When it rains, there can be a small creek down by the road. The neighbor has a small dog that comes out on occasion, but there are panels on the fencing between our properties, so dogs won't be able to see through. We have a German Shepherd dog on site, but will keep her inside during guest appointments. To access the entrance, guests will need to drive past the main house, go to the right and up the hill towards the barnyard. Buildings in barnyard are not available for guests except for use of the hose, which is marked. Located in the upper barn breezeway ( concrete floor) to the left of the parking site. Hose available. Signs are provided to help guests find the hose area, park entry, and parking. Guests: please feel free to move the chairs as needed to stay in the shade or sun for your comfort!

This Sniffspot is very conveniently located in southeast Nashville, 12 miles from downtown Nashville, 8 miles east of Brentwood, we are situated between OHB/Nolensville Rd intersection and just 4 miles from the new Tanger Outlets at i24. An idyllic setting awaits offering 7+ park-like acres of old farm land, mostly fenced, that includes waterfront access to Mill Creek with adventures for all kinds of humans and dogs to enjoy activities playing, running, sniffing, digging and playing in the water. Come get your steps in and spend some quality off-leash time! Training, photo shoots, picnics, birthday and gotcha parties, just explore, rest, or relax in the Adirondack chairs while your dogs sniff, zoom, roam, retrieve, sniff, dig, walk, run, and sniff some more. There's creek access to swim, pastures to roam or nap, play areas of tall grass the dogs can explore, sniff, dig or derp around. Even plan your picnic on a blanket or use the picnic table. Get some exercise on the trampoline (Note: use at your own risk!). Make this sniffspot your private oasis for as long as you want.. Kids are always welcome! Just book your play time, bring at least one dog and all humans are free! Mill Creek borders the very back of the property and is available for water play but trees and vegetation and overall acreage makes it easily avoidable if that's not your thing. If you choose to venture to the creek and have a runner, you may want to bring a long lead. The water levels are usually below the knee, but the ability to use Mill Creek safely depends on you, the creek conditions, and amount of recent rainfall. Always assess the abilities of you and your pets- as safety comes first! As Dirty Harry once said, "A man's got to know his limitations." The majority of the property has fencing so once you pass the house on your way to the back fields it's off leash play time! I recommend considering walking the perimeter first (on or off leash) to orient yourself with property features and assess potential escape opportunities. Your dog(s) will benefit from a perimeter walk allowing them to visually identify, mark their spots, and collect sniffs while at the same time reaping the benefit of your pack leaving an invisible "bread crumb" scent trail as you walk which will assist a dog with future identification of the established boundaries as well. This is a natural instinct for many breeds. Note that Mill Creek along the back of the entire property is not fenced but it is mostly obscured at dogs level by trees and vegetation. Tip: When leaving, you may want to leash up before you reach the house - especially if you have a runner since there is no fence on the side of the house you enter and leave the spot. Depending on the water table, there is also a small feeder stream gently flowing through the middle of the property between the side and back fields. It can be great fun for a dog to explore and jump in and out of (just try and stop them!) And great for smaller dogs if Mill Creek is too intimidating. Hint: bring towels! The mature tree lines always provide plenty of shade for those hot summer months. Several foot bridges are available to cross over that small stream between the side and back fields while exploring, and you might even find the occasional old fashioned rope wood swing. A black hose with spray wand attachment is hanging by the house at the entrance/exit i behind the fence if you need to rinse you or your pet. Turn on and off at the front of the house please. Another green hose is available hanging on the opposite corner in the back of the house by the BACK garage door for your use -along with a water bowl. That house is convenient when you're coming back from the creek for sure. Feel free to pick yourself wildflowers if they are blooming (late Spring/Summer Varieties), or snack on some blackberries off the fence line if you happen to come while they are ripening (usually mid-June to mid-July).... Bug spray is always recommended spring through fall, Just in case! You can't have all this nature without all the nature. 😉 If the calendar shows the time slot you want is available then book it and it's yours! Be last minute, that's fine!
