Welcome! Our place is fully fenced with mesh wire, which will keep all dogs secured. The whole 3-acre is for you to enjoy, including the fenced-in meadow/arena, front and back around the house. Most of the land is flat and accessible. There are a couple of stairs and a small slope lead to my house and the back yard. I understand the significance of providing them with a safe space to unwind. We will never come out when you are here without prior communication. Fully fenced backyard in Lake Forest Park, just 1 mile northwest of Third Place Books at the Towne Centre. The yard is grass, and the covered porch under the balcony is cement. A variety of toys are available in a plastic bin on the porch labeled Sniffspot for any interested pups. Some lawn chairs are also available on the porch for any humans, and two water bowl are present for thirsty pups after some hard play :). Spigot is located on the south-facing wall between the porch and some rose bushes. An unoccupied dog house across the yard under the tallest tree is also available for pups to duck into and explore.

Private Fully Fenced Yard in Kirkland

Conveniently located next to a public trail access, and located within private property. The lawn is a mix of short grass and soft moss, this is regularly maintained and never sprayed with chemicals or fertilizers. Fully fenced on all four sides with no low spots\gaps. One secured swinging gate at the entrance. Dedicated parking along the road just before the house and is clearly marked with a sign! The table next to the fenced area has a mailbox with hand sanitizer and other goodies, there is also a water\food bowl available. (I have a hose on the side of the house you are welcome to use) Please dispose of any used poop bags and other trash in the little blue trash bin under the table. The road next to the fenced area is privately owned, so the only people and vehicles that pass by are residents and delivery couriers but they are not very visible due to the difference in elevation. People occasionally pass by on the public trail and some do bring their pets, but it is mostly obscured from view by the trees on our property and separated by two sets of fences. Note that we are within hearing distance from a sportsman club\firing range, so at times there may be noise. Please reach out with any questions you may have!

Every year the location you are at floods and holds at least 3 feet of water for a few days a year. But if the dog is very tiny it could get out through the bottom of the fence. We are the light green house 3rd one from the cul de sac - with a red flower pot visible near the entrance. You can park in front of the house on the curb and then go to the left of the house, up the driveway to open the gate to the backyard.

Hi there , after parking on the outside of the gate to our property please walk through pulling the gate towards you and walk through the first Meadow and follow the signs to the sniff spot area . Please keep your dogs on a leash through the first field while we are working on improving the sniff spot area, if recall is not good. ** This beautiful 2-acre spot is fully fenced - 4-5' high, gates 4' high. Please note that the first Pasture that you come to does have an area where dogs can potentially get through and back to the gravel road. It is right inside the first gate on your right in the forest area there. The great thing is we are not near any sort of busy road. One thing to note is that my neighbor on the adjoining property has friendly, smaller dogs, and they do bark from time to time. You really can't see them all that much as there is brush, sticker bushes, and trees in between our properties. That said, you may hear them from time to time. What I find that works in quieting them up is to just walk over and talk to them. We welcome dogs that have different anxieties as well as being dog reactive and people reactive. There have been many people here with their dogs who have done just fine. There is a spigot with fresh clean well water, right inside the second pasture on the left by the shelter. We also have a bowl there for your use. We have wood for you to purchase, should you desire a fire while there. There are plenty of chairs and benches for folks to sit on. We have motion lights that come on at night, not super bright but makes the spot visible during early night winters. Boarded by two, large pastures, a private road with limited use and our barn. Occasionally during the wet months flocks of geese/ducks may land in the wetlands adjacent. We have goats, turkeys, geese, ducks and chickens but they are on the other side of the property and should not be seen/heard. We have two dogs, Veles and Flora, that will be on the other side of the property or in the house. There is a covered bench and trash can in the spot, fresh water is also available. Be aware of the Alpaca in the separate fenced pasture above the Sniffspot pasture. There is also a hose at the bottom of the stairs on the north side of the building to rinse off your pup's paws if needed. Welcome to our Sniffspot! It’s a large, over 1/4 acre of fenced grassy pasture that feels secluded from the main property with plenty of trees to offer privacy. This is a space occasionally shared with our goats and cow and while we do our best to ensure the space is fully scooped in between sniffspot use and livestock use it’s possible you’ll find evidence of this. Part of the Sniffspot has tall grass and the rest of the space has shorter grass with the occasional dirt patch for digging and rolling around in. With enough space for playing fetch or frisbee, too, there’s a little something for everyone. There’s a large bucket of water and a spigot nearby if needed. If you’re looking for a big, grassy, secluded space with lots of sniffs to offer then you’ve come to the right place. Please note that our property can be difficult to find from the main road. Our house # sign is posted on a tree right outside the driveway and we have a lovely Japanese maple off the street. Ask us about our farm fresh eggs, too! :)
