KJ's Splash & Sniff Dog Park

Hi yall, We hope you’ll enjoy our back yard as much as our dogs do. My wife and I run and manage our spot. Our area here is in a small neighborhood with little to no traffic. You can access the entrance through the left side of the house. Just push the gate and it should open easily. As for parking there is a guest area right in front of the house but the drive way can be used to park if there is no parking available. There will be a smaller little fence that can be closed but you can leave it open as well. We will provide some toys and of course balls so you can play with your dogs free of charge. We additionally have snacks and water if needed. There are poop bags as well. You can find these items on the deck and please feel free to sit down and enjoy a nice seat. Our back yard will have trees with plenty of shade and a large area for the dogs to run around. Some areas of the yard are muddy but it is mostly grassy. If you head down to the property you will find a stream with a sandy beach and an old bench. The stream is only accessible through our property but not fully fenced off due to the running water. But it is a secluded area where your dogs will not be able to run off.

Spring is one of our favorite seasons—the creek is flowing, the pasture is green, and many guests return again and again to experience it. We are a rural, outdoor property designed for dogs who need room to run, sniff, and decompress. Please note it is partially fenced and bordered by foliage and Abernathy Creek. Other Animals & Activity: • No other dogs are present on the property. • Two cats may be visible; please supervise dogs that chase cats. • The property is mostly quiet; occasional outdoor activity from the homeowner may occur. • Occasional machinery or vehicle noise may be heard from surrounding areas. Come enjoy the outdoors with beautiful views, open areas, forest trails, graveled roads, and a creek. You will park at our xmas tree parking lot where you will start your adventure. There are 2 miles of graveled roads and 6 miles of trails to hike, along with a creek that runs thru the property. You will have cell phone service at the Christmas tree lot area where you will park, but limited cell phone service if you decide to hike around. There are seats at the xmas tree lot, along with water and a garbage can 🐶. Run your heart out on 32 of fully fenced meadows and woods

Gorgeous land in the country. Come spend some time with your dogs and enjoy safe and private doggy freedom. 9 acres apron fenced meadow (for smaller dogs or escape artists who can't jump a 4 foot fence,} 10 acres in deep woods with a large creek and 13 remaining acres in open meadow. Seasonal pond in the upper meadow. ALL 32 acres are fenced with triple barbed wire. Sorry! No water, chairs or poop bag trash cans on site. This is not a place that gets policed by anyone but you! Please help keep this site as pristine as you find it. If you pack it in please pack it out. Please park on the gravel rather than in the grass. The I-5 of the Pacific Northern railways runs right by my property. The trains are frequent and loud. Be aware if you have sound reactive dogs (or humans). So far, no one has told me their dog was scared. Thanks!

Tail Waggers private dog park

Your attendance has allowed us to continue development of our Disney Land for dogs and being a contributor to the Portland Humane Society. Toward that end this is what we have to offer at present with more to come. Two main walking trails, with two offshoot trail loops at present. Signage is there at each to help you in and out of each. Each has a selection of walking sticks at the trailhead, should you choose to use them. Appropriate good grip footwear is recommended especially during our monsoon season. Trail one, the shorter of the two, is about 25 minutes give or take, and takes a degree of dexterity more than trail too. Trail two contains two loops trails that take 30 to 45 minutes there and back to the parking area. The trail has two rest areas to sit with umbrellas to keep the rain off when needed. Trail 2, loop two has large Vern plant areas like you may have seen in the Jurassic Park movies.  There are (2) Two parking areas, one much larger for up to 25 cars to accommodate larger group events. A porta potty for your convenience. Multiple poop depots throughout the park with bag dispensers. Two water play areas one is shallow to help pups to acclimate comfortably to water play. The other is the larger man-made pond area. The larger pond area has a selection of small watercraft to help acclimate pups to being on the water with a parent. A large selection of different size lifejackets for parents and pups. Floatable toys for retrieval are nearby. A Muddy Paw Spa to clean pups and shoes before getting into the car. Included, are multiple towels to dry off your pup, and a close line to hang the wet towels on to dry off. For those concerned about blue green algae, a bulletin board showing a test kit that can be purchased through Amazon. Test takes 15 minutes, with 99% accuracy. Next to it is an area to post the initials of the tester, date, time, and results of the test for other guests to see. Any guest doing this will be given an extra 15 minutes to the end of their reservation time on us. Please let us know in advance if you decide to do the test. For reasons to detailed to get into now, there’s never been an issue with blue green algae at Tail Waggers. A comprehensive agility course with all the obstacles that you would see on the YouTube obstacle course events. Multiple toy stations. If on your visit, you would like to donate unused toys for other pups to enjoy that would certainly be appreciated. A long mowed area above the pond for long distance ball and frisbee retrieval. They’re also a few frisbee catchers there to practice frisbee throwing accuracy. Long, medium range and putter frisbees are provided. A 10 x 10 doggy dig sandbox for those pups to enjoy digging. A tug-of-war for those pups will enjoy a good tug. The picnic area has been expanded to accommodate pup, birthday parties, pup, groups, and family gatherings. For those bringing young children, a swingset. Solar lighting around trees, parking area and the porta potty will help to illuminate these areas when darkness falls. There are water dispensers with water bowls. There is another area being developed presently that will become an urban agility course.

Nehemiah lane dog farm

The property includes 30 unfenced acres of tall grass, trees, and quiet trails, with access to the Yamhill River on both sides of the bridge. Some areas may be swampy during the winter and spring, especially in the lower sections. Please be aware of common forest hazards such as blackberry bushes, poison oak, nettles, cow parsnip, and the occasional downed tree. There are no homes, restrooms or residents on the property only neighbors and a small garden area. You are welcome to explore both sides of the bridge. While there are "No Trespassing" signs posted near it, they are only intended to discourage the local homeless community. During the summer and fall, feel free to enjoy the fruit growing throughout the property most of which is at the far NW end of the grass road near the entrance. Deer and a variety of birds also call this place home and are best left undisturbed. You will find a couple of chairs and a small table set out for you to enjoy a quiet moment or watch the sunset. Please be respectful of our neighbors and remember to pick up after yourself and your dogs. Much of the property is being reforested in partnership with the USDA. Rows of young plantings are marked with colorful flags. They are hardy species, but please avoid letting your dogs urinate on the new trees and shrubs. We are located on 45 acres of private farm land. A wide path leads to the Clackamas River. The pasture isn’t fenced but is surrounded in blackberries and brush. Very private.

15 Acres Mostly Fenced Open Field In La Center

This 15+ acres of hay field is mostly fenced, with an opening at the top. If you choose, there is a path along the outside that leads to a creek(unfenced) to the right at the field. There are dogs at the front of the property, which are fenced in. There is possibility of hearing barking from them or neighbors. I teach dog training at the red barn, you may come to parking lot of cars. Dogs will always be leashed and under control and typically away from the parking lot. The students are instructed to leave you alone. Off road parking, I will give clear directions before arrival. Come roam around a huge open space! Bring a ball or just have a sniff party! *Electric Fence surrounds the horse pasture - which you must pass to get to the sniff spot* Please keep to the designated sniff spot area, the top field and barn area is NOT open to the public. Any equipment in the area, including dog agility equipment, is NOT for public use. Please take your waste with you or dispose of it properly!

Rogue Ranch

Several trails, a shallow creek, and partially wooded. Main loop trail (Rogue Loop) is 0.56 miles in length. The rest of the trails add another 1/2 mile. Access to hose and bowl for fresh water and rinsing off muddy feet (not available when temperatures are below freezing). WiFi available (rogue ranch guest) at the front of property, and cell service throughout. Property can be muddy if it has been/is raining. Recommend boots for humans. Recommend strong recall for dogs visiting or long lead. Bring towels to clean/dry dog feet. Please pick up after your pet and dispense in one of the three waste containers along the trails. Please be respectful of privacy to the occupants in the house!

Private Dog Park by the Creek

Private Dog Park on 1+ Acres near Mt. Scott Creek: Just 5 minutes from Clackamas Town Center, our one-acre enclosed field offers open space, rolling hills, and the serene Mt. Scott Creek meanders through the property. The creek flows year-round—its levels dip in summer—and there are several spots where pups can wade and cool off on warm days. Please note: the creek is not fenced at both ends. Our field is pesticide-free and treated with organic diatomaceous earth in early spring and late fall to sanitize and keep it free of pests. The creekside can be muddy during winter, but most of the property—especially the upper fields—remains dry year-round. Sniffin’ Hours: Monday to Sunday Spring & Summer: 8 AM – 8:30 PM Autumn & Winter: 8 AM – 7 PM During your visit, our two 5-year-old Doberman-Mastiff mixes will remain indoors so you and your pup can explore freely. Dogs can dig in the creek, run around the large fenced yard, and bark at squirrels that run along the fence. Located on a quiet, dead end road, parking is street only. This is an active permaculture farm, so expect compost piles, garden equipment, and slightly uneven ground. This is a 2 acre wooded loop on Mt Scott. Our property bumps up against the Wahoo nature reserve is very private, shaded by large trees and well maintained. Our dog loves the woods and creek. We decided to open it to the community so other dogs and their families can enjoy it.

Below are instructions of where to park and how to get to the variety of play areas. We enjoy our peaceful, scenic, 3 acres with our Doberman Piper. We are 35 minutes from Fremont Bridge, in Hwy 30. I participate in dog sports and enjoy taking Piper with me as much as able. I thought others may enjoy our property with their dog as much as we do with ours. As you pull off Columbia River Hwy (hwy 30) towards the Warren Country Inn restaurant (56575 Columbia river hwy, warren, Or 97053) stay left towards the guard rail. You will see a dead-end road sign with a Sniffspot sign underneath it. This is our driveway. Follow and stay left up the hill past the barn & past the goats. Our property has the 2-story gold house on it. You will see on your left a green sign with our address 56441. You will park on your right, by the Sniffspot parking sign. This unfenced, large, mowed field to the right is yours to enjoy and is only part of the 3 acres you get to play in. Straight ahead, towards the 2-car garage, there is a picnic table under the trees. Feel free to use this. Dogs love to jump on it. Look to the far right and you will see a 6-foot chain link fence. Walk across the field and the entrance is to your left. Just follow the chain link fence to left for the gate. Inside of this area is a fully fenced, 5 to 6 feet tall area to train or play. This area is about 100 ft by 50 ft wide. Inside of the chain link area is an agility jump, large container of chuck its, tugs, other toys and orange cones for dog training. There is also a water bowl with water that will be cleaned between guests. When it is hot out, I will have a kiddie pool with water so your dogs can cool down. There are 2 chairs to sit in when in the fenced area. Feel free to bring whatever you would like to play with to the big grass field area to enjoy. We would appreciate it if you can put it back inside the fenced area when you are finished with the items. If you continue to the left of the chain link entrance, you will see several steps down to the seasonal stream. It’s either a pond or a stream, depending on if the beavers damn it or the damn breaks. Feel free to let your dog explore this area. The mud is soft. During the summer, its more on the dry side. From the steam continue to the left and follow the stream. When you get to the tall trees straight ahead there will be a box of poop bags, next to the seasonal stream. Our neighbor’s property is behind these bags on the right in the green house. So go left up the hill towards the orchard. Feel free to pick a couple apples during the fall. This will get you to the front, by the picnic table and you will be able to see your car from the top of the orchard. Unfortunately, there are no restrooms on site, however as you will see the Warren Country inn is right by our home. You can go there during business hours to use their bathroom. Or grab something to go to eat on our picnic table. We have an added attraction of moles. My Dobie loves trying to find them. Beware of holes that we may have missed filling in between guests. We do have a variety of unknown mushrooms growing during autumn and some other wet months. If the ball or toy goes over the fence to our neighbor’s yard, just leave it there. Don’t go and get it. We will get later. Please pick up after yourself and your dog. No smoking or vaping please. No drugs or alcohol. Please no glass

Please reserve your time a minimum of an hour ahead of time. We are a working farm and can't always be checking the app. We have logging roads and fields open to dog owners. Enjoy our scenic 120-acre farm with your puppies. Please feel free to leave a review. The landscape is unmanicured and slightly wild with quail, rabbits, and deer frequenting the area daily. A new forest has been planted, and the baby trees we ask to be left at peace to grow. We might be out working somewhere else on the farm and hope to see the blackberries slowly diminish, making this place more hospitable every year.
