Keep in mind we are a mountain home so there is a slight slope to the yard but it’s not too noticeable. I hope you are able to let your pup run freely and enjoy some relaxation.

Private 20-Acre Wildlife Preserve with Nature Trails and Water Access

Bring your fur babies to this beautiful private wildlife preserve in Gerrardstown. Our private property features nature trails that lead to a 7 acre pond and private access to Back Creek. Your pups can take a swim in the pond or splash around in the beautiful crystal clear creek on the backside of the property. There are otters in the pond so be watchful that your fur babies don’t have a negative interaction with the wildlife. We only host one booking at a time so the full 20.56 acres will be yours for the time you reserve. Additionally this property has three main areas. At the base of the driveway, you will find a forested area with clearing to sit in the shade and let your pups play with the available dog toys or explore. Make your way to the back of that first main area to begin your first nature trail which leads you straight to the beautiful 7 acre pond where more seating is available. From the pond there’s another winding trail that takes you through the backside of the forest and then opens up on Back Creek. Parking: You can park at the top of the driveway, on the side of the road, or you can bring your vehicle down the driveway. For small cars it is recommended To park at the top of the driveway due to unlevel terrain. Before you leave the property: please clean up all of your dog waste and dispose of in the waste bins along with any trash. And please place the dog toys back in the bin. Kerri's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Front Royal

Hi y’all, Nice , clean cut, picked up regularly backyard for doggies big or small. Wide open, not a lot to get in the way of zoomies. There are 2 sitting areas for the hoomans, a hammock, a big Blue water bucket filled w/fresh water daily, a big orange bucket for the necessary waste. The fence on 1 side is only 4 foot, the rest is 6 foot privacy. There are 2 hiding spots my boy enjoys; the big bush at the far left corner of the house and the bush at the back left corner of the yard. The OFF LIMITS is the stairs to the basement door. Should not be home, my dog is downstairs secured in his kennel and would likely bark his head off if he saw you. So please refrain from venturing down the stairs. I look forward to hosting new doggie friends. 🫶🏼

This spot is my fully fenced-in back yard made especially for my dogs. Shady spots and sun. Lowest fence is 4 feet tall next to the neighbors and tallest is 6 feet tall next to woods. The neighbor side also has a screen fence over existing fence to keep tiny fingers and dog noses from coming through. They have small kids and a small dog. Your dogs will have plenty of space to run and explore. I have plenty of toys, balls, Frisbees and a baby pool (in the summer) for the pups. Also, drinking water for you and your dogs. 🐕 😁

There is a water spigot on the front porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!)
