"Freedom Dog Run" 0.5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard In Middletown

This spot is my fully fenced-in back yard made especially for my dogs. Shady spots and sun. Lowest fence is 4 feet tall next to the neighbors and tallest is 6 feet tall next to woods. The neighbor side also has a screen fence over existing fence to keep tiny fingers and dog noses from coming through. They have small kids and a small dog. Your dogs will have plenty of space to run and explore. I have plenty of toys, balls, Frisbees and a baby pool (in the summer) for the pups. Also, drinking water for you and your dogs. 🐕 😁

Private 6 acres on the Shenandoah River

I have 6 acres directly on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River. Great spot for small mouth fishing. Pictures taken are when the river was very low but regardless it’s still a pretty good spot to go out in the water. Also available to drop in or hop out for kayaking. The Wiggle Butts Wonderland

My husband and I have a little peace of heaven here in the Shenandoah Valley! Our goal is to provide a space for all dogs to play, run and sniff away! We have a huge field with a platform/ramps, tug rope, agility poles, stick collection, hidden container with treats and possibly a prize toy! We host many special events for pups as well as birthday parties for your pups! I spent many years volunteering, fostering and ultimately adopting many animals from rescue non-profits over the years. Throughout all of the years I spent in animal rescues, I realized that most dogs don’t get much time outside of the kennels. I also came to understand that many rescue animals have trauma related behaviors and cannot integrate with other dogs. I feel so grateful to be able to provide a space for dogs to be off leash and have the freedom to explore! Also, it is a significant bonding experience for pups and their parents to have this special time together! Our dogs are in a separate fenced area but because I feel this time is for you and your pup(s), I will put my pups in the house so they are not visible to you and your pups. DOG PARK PLAY AREA: This area is 100% fenced in with two gates (entry/exit) for extra security. Please always close and latch gates behind you as you enter/exit. CREEK: Please note the creek is NOT within the fenced dog park play area! It is directly across from the dog park play area and on the left side as you walk from your car to the play area. Provided are the use of 20, 30, 40 foot long leashes (red, blue, black). Guests are welcome to use these to allow their pups more freedom to explore the creek! If your pup has excellent recall you are welcome to let them off leash but do so at your own risk! HIKING TRAIL: In addition to the dog park play area there is an awesome hiking trail for guests, however, please note it is temporarily “ON-LEASH ONLY” due to improvements and upgrades we are creating!

Private 20-Acre Wildlife Preserve with Nature Trails and Water Access

Bring your fur babies to this beautiful private wildlife preserve in Gerrardstown. Our private property features nature trails that lead to a 7 acre pond and private access to Back Creek. Your pups can take a swim in the pond or splash around in the beautiful crystal clear creek on the backside of the property. There are otters in the pond so be watchful that your fur babies don’t have a negative interaction with the wildlife. We only host one booking at a time so the full 20.56 acres will be yours for the time you reserve. Additionally this property has three main areas. At the base of the driveway, you will find a forested area with clearing to sit in the shade and let your pups play with the available dog toys or explore. Make your way to the back of that first main area to begin your first nature trail which leads you straight to the beautiful 7 acre pond where more seating is available. From the pond there’s another winding trail that takes you through the backside of the forest and then opens up on Back Creek. Parking: You can park at the top of the driveway, on the side of the road, or you can bring your vehicle down the driveway. For small cars it is recommended To park at the top of the driveway due to unlevel terrain. Before you leave the property: please clean up all of your dog waste and dispose of in the waste bins along with any trash. And please place the dog toys back in the bin. Hi y’all, Nice , clean cut, picked up regularly backyard for doggies big or small. Wide open, not a lot to get in the way of zoomies. There are 2 sitting areas for the hoomans; a hammock, a big Blue water bucket filled w/fresh water daily, a big Orange bucket for the necessary waste, and red bucket full of tennis balls. The fence on 1 side is only 4 foot, the rest is 6 foot privacy. There are 2 hiding spots me & Ivy enjoy; the big bush at the far left corner of the house and the bush at the back left corner of the yard. The only OFF LIMITS area is the stairs to the basement door. Should Mom not be home, me & Ivy are downstairs secured in our kennels and would likely bark our heads off if we saw you. So please refrain from venturing down the stairs. We look forward to hosting new doggie friends. 🫶🏼
