The picnic area worked out great for our lunch and visiting time for the Morkie families that gathered from around the state.

55It is a nice yard. Big enough to play fetch with a chuck-it. There was a nice area of shade. I have a boxer and she overheats easily. I misunderstood the kiddie pool to mean one of the small blue ones that dogs can cool off in. The pool is actually a larger pool for kids. Knowing there is no water for my dog to cool off in, I will come during cooler temperatures as she overheated while playing. The yard is beautiful and well kept. Thank you for sharing your yard! 55This spot is perfect to get away from the Ballard busy, without going too far. It's a well maintained medium sized back yard. Perfect for a game of fetch and some long leash practice!
